Chapter 1
Chapter 1:
Luca's pov:
I didn’t burn that night. Not completely. The fire took the house, the past, and maybe a piece of my soul—but it left behind everything that mattered: the rage, the memories… and her name.
The first thing I remember is the heat. Not the fire itself, but the heat that smothered me, the thick black smoke that clawed at my lungs. It burned my skin, scorched my clothes, and crawled under my eyelids. I had no idea if I was dead or alive. But I knew I had to move.
I rose from the wreckage with nothing but the faint memory of the flames. My body screamed in protest, pain flashing across my every inch, but there was a quiet that followed the chaos, a suffocating silence that pressed against my chest. I crawled through the rubble, my fingers slick with soot and blood. There was no sound, just the distant crackle of the fire devouring what was left of my past.
The house was gone. Everything is gone.
I barely noticed the flames licking at my feet as I dragged myself from the wreckage. The fire had taken it all—my memories, the life I thought I had, and the future I had envisioned. Yet somehow, I was still here. I was still breathing.
Why?
I crawled through the charred remains of the house, the walls of my life crumbling around me. I could hear nothing but the thumping of my own heart, and it was enough.
When I finally stumbled outside, the first thing I saw was the sky—dark, bruised, and full of smoke. The estate was gone, reduced to ash and memories. People were gathering, shouting, running to the perimeter, but I wasn’t interested in them. I wasn’t interested in anything but the deep, gnawing emptiness inside me.
I looked down at my hands—bloody, burned, unrecognizable. But they were still mine. I felt nothing but the sharp sting of every moment I had lived for, every mistake I had made, and every choice I hadn’t been able to reverse.
Neveah.
Her name echoed in my mind, a soft whisper that cut through the chaos. It didn’t matter that I was the one who had set the fire. It didn’t matter that I was the one who had doomed everything in my rage. She had seen me as nothing but a monster—an obstacle in her life, an echo of a past she could never escape. But I was a monster she couldn’t ignore. I was the one who had burned everything to the ground.
The fire had consumed all of it—her love, her fear, and my hope. And now, there was nothing but this lingering, bitter darkness.
I did this. I did this for her.
The people were still shouting, their voices growing faint in the background, but I didn’t care. They could never understand what it felt like to be on the edge of everything you thought you wanted, only to have it slip away in the blink of an eye.
I stood up, my body ached in ways I hadn’t imagined, but still, I stood. And I walked.
It had all started so simply. The fire, the wine, the conversation—those moments before the walls started closing in, before the heat of the room became too much to bear. Zeynep’s voice, her laughter, the way she looked at me with those eyes that saw right through me, to the broken parts I tried so hard to hide.
But she didn’t love me. She never would. I wasn’t the one she wanted.
I could feel it—the emptiness in her gaze. The way her attention drifted, like she was waiting for something, someone else. He was always the one she wanted. Not me.
I didn’t understand. How could she not see what was right in front of her? How could she not see what I had become for her?
So I did what anyone would do in that situation. I made her see me. I made them all see me. The fire wasn’t just a symbol. It was a message. A warning.
It didn’t matter that I had been a fool, that I had allowed my own desires to burn everything around me. I had become what I needed to be. And it was too late to turn back.
I wasn’t the boy who had once walked through that house with hope in my heart. I wasn’t the same man who had loved her so blindly. That version of me had burned with the walls, with the past.
But the fire hadn’t claimed everything. It hadn’t claimed me—not completely.
The rage still lived inside me, a fire that couldn’t be extinguished. It smoldered in the deepest corners of my mind, the embers still glowing, waiting for the right moment to burst back into flames. I could feel it, an itch beneath my skin. The memories, the anger, the endless, aching need for something I couldn’t have—it was all still there.
I looked down at the charred earth beneath my feet, the world around me shifting with the cries of the crowd. They could never understand what had happened here. They could never know the fire that burned in my soul, the one that had claimed everything I cared about, but never me.
And then, her name returned, unbidden, and it stung like salt on an open wound.
Neveah.
Her face, her touch, the way her eyes had glinted in the firelight. I had told myself I was finished with her, but even now, she lingered in the dark corners of my mind. I would never be free of her.
I closed my eyes, feeling the weight of the smoke and the heat, knowing there was no going back.
I would return. But not as the man they once knew.
I would return as the man the fire had made.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...

The original Aria's life was a nightmare. Humiliated when golden boy Kai Matthews posted her love letter online, then shoved to death by his girlfriend Bella Morrison. But that's not all her family faces:
"You got until Monday," the tattooed gangster sneered at Aria's mother. "Ten grand cash. Or I'm taking collateral—your kids' organs fetch top dollar. That pretty daughter of yours? She could make us money another way too."
Now Angelina's lethal combat skills awaken in this fragile body. No more hiding. No more fear.
Armed with an Alpha's ruthlessness and a mysterious blood-red pendant, she'll dismantle everyone who hurt this family—one calculated move at a time.
The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
Balance of Light and Shadow
Little did she know how much both worlds need her to bring peace and true freedom.
Badass in Disguise
"Jade, I need to check your—" the nurse began.
"OUT!" I snarled with enough force that both women backed toward the door.
Once feared by Shadow Organization that drugged me to replicate my abilities into a more controllable version, I had escaped my restraints and detonated their entire facility, ready to die alongside my captors.
Instead, I woke up in a school infirmary with women arguing around me, their voices piercing my skull. My outburst froze them in shock—clearly they hadn't expected such a reaction. One woman threatened as she left, "We'll discuss this attitude when you get home."
The bitter truth? I've been reborn into the body of an overweight, weak, and supposedly dim-witted high school girl. Her life is filled with bullies and tormentors who've made her existence miserable.
But they have no idea who they're dealing with now.
I didn't survive as the world's deadliest assassin by allowing anyone to push me around. And I certainly won't start now.
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."

Without hesitation, the Baileys sacrificed me to protect their precious biological daughter, forcing me to take her place as a pawn in this cold, calculated arrangement.
Luckily, in those four years, the mysterious husband never asked to meet in person.
Now, in the final year of our arrangement, the husband I've never met is demanding we meet face to face.
But disaster struck the night before my return—drunk and disoriented, I stumbled into the wrong hotel room and ended up sleeping with the legendary financial mogul, Caspar Thornton.
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
