Introduction
I smiled back. “Serve who?” I winced when my vision spun.
“Can’t you just be glad I saved your life?”
I laughed. “I didn’t want to be saved.”
He froze but got himself together quickly. “Unfortunately, you’re still alive. And as long as you are, you’re tied to me. I decide when you’re free. As long as I have you, you have to do what I want. You are nothing but a pet of mine that I can get rid of anytime I want.”
Tears fell from my eyes.
“You turned me into a monster!” I screamed. “I’ll never forgive you.”
He tilted his head. “Monster?” he laughed. “Just because we drink blood doesn’t mean we’re monsters. And I don’t care if you don’t forgive me. Anyway, forget this dramatic talk. No matter what you do, you’ll serve me. You won’t die until I say so.”
With my last breath, I screamed, “You can have my life, not my choices, you beast! You can turn me into a monster like you, but someday you’ll regret it. You’ll regret that you saved me. You’ll regret that you met me!”
I sniffed… I couldn’t feel my body anymore.
“I have been living for centuries now, Shekina. That threat doesn’t work.”
I laughed even though I was confused, in pain, and angry.
“That’s because… you didn’t have me in those years.”
Chapter 1
AZEKIEL’S POV
Humans are the worst creatures in the world. They’re useless, annoying, slow, pathetic, and shady. I don’t see anything special about them except when they do stupid things. I’m amazed they can get even dumber. I still can’t believe I have to get one now. I need to find a human and make it my slave.
"Fuck!" I cursed in annoyance.
I’ve been sitting here on the railing of a tall building for a while now, watching people. They’re all the same, so I don’t get why I’m making myself work hard to choose one. I could just grab any random person and introduce them to Dad to get this over with.
I suddenly felt someone behind me.
"Just say the word, Azi. I’ll pick one for you." Nikolai sat next to me and also looked at the people far below. "Reminder, Azekiel, Dad only gave you until tonight to choose."
That made me even more annoyed. If I don’t pick someone by tonight, Dad will choose for me. I know what kind of humans he likes, they’re the most annoying ones. No way. I’ll find one myself tonight. I’ll make sure of it.
"There!" Nikolai pointed at a woman wearing fancy clothes and carrying a sword. "Her sword looks powerful, Azi. You hate weak ones, right? This is your chance!"
I watched as the woman stopped when a little girl asked for a photo. She bent down to match the girl’s height, posed with two fingers near her face, and even pouted her lips covered in what looked like bloody crap.
"That’s a costume, Niko," I clicked my tongue.
"That’s good enough!" He lightly punched my shoulder. "You said you don’t want ordinary, right? If you get that woman, you can make her wear costumes every day!"
I just shook my head.
"At least I already have one," he said. "Tabitha."
In a flash, a woman appeared next to him. She bowed to Nikolai, and the idiot was so happy about how she treated him. But that’s how it should be, we’re supposed to be treated like kings. Fine. I just need to get one soon. At least I’ll enjoy having a slave.
"You smell good tonight," Nikolai complimented her. Tabitha moved closer and showed him her arm. He held it and sniffed it, then couldn’t stop himself from biting it. "Damn. You taste so good."
I swallowed hard when I saw blood drip to the floor. I quickly looked away from them.
"Get a room, Nikolai," I said when I felt his hands slide up Tabitha’s bare thigh.
"No." He stopped. "Go on, Tabitha. Go get some good sleep, baby. I need you tomorrow."
"Yes, Master Nikolai." Then Tabitha disappeared again.
Nikolai wiped his mouth before turning to me. I kept my eyes on the distance.
I don’t want to be careless when choosing my slave. I want it to be at least special. But maybe they really are all the same. If I keep being picky, the night will pass and I still won’t have one.
"I see. You finally decided," Nikolai whispered excitedly. I have no choice.
I watched the people below again. My eyes immediately locked on a woman running fast. I also saw a man running away from her, he was holding a bag that was clearly hers.
"You see that, Nikolai?" I pointed at the woman trying to get her things back. "That’s how stupid people are. That thief has a knife on his back. He won’t think twice about stabbing that dumb girl if she keeps trying to get back that worthless bag."
"That bag must have a lot of money," Nikolai said.
"Exactly!" I laughed while shaking my head. "She’ll risk her life for money." My eyebrows went up when another woman jumped into the scene. She tripped the thief, so he fell to the ground. That woman quickly grabbed the fallen bag, then went back to the lying man and hit him in the face with it.
"You’re such a big guy, and you steal!" I heard her say.
She turned her back on the man to go to the bag’s owner. The woman thanked her and even offered money, but she shook her head no. I couldn’t help but stare at her smiling face.
My neck snapped when I saw the thief get up.
The next thing I knew, the girl who stepped in collapsed on the cold ground, a knife was stuck in her back. I saw her gasp for air and try to open her blurry eyes. Strangely, I didn’t see any fear on her face, the kind humans should feel at a time like this.
The other girl screamed for help, but the people around just stared like they were watching a movie scene.
"Pathetic human," I whispered.
I quickly followed the thief with my eyes as he ran away.
"What a hero," Nikolai whispered.
I stood up and stretched my body. I jumped down from the building and blocked the thief’s way. He froze when he saw me. I noticed right away that he was shaking while pointing the knife he used to stab the girl at me.
"Why are you shaking?" I asked.
"Stay away from me," he threatened.
Before he could run again, I moved close to him fast. I put my hand into his chest and pulled out his heart. If I was like my siblings who love blood so much, this guy would probably be dry by now.
I shook my head. I’m picky about blood too. Not this ugly human’s.
The man fell to the ground. I placed his still-beating heart next to him.
"Damn. Can I have it?" Nikolai asked, he’d followed me.
I didn’t answer.
I went to the stabbed girl, who was still surrounded by people. I took her in my arms and walked away. People kept staring at me as I left. When I was far enough, I ran to a more secluded area.
"She’s dead," Nikolai said. He was already wiping blood from his mouth.
I gently put the lifeless woman down. I touched her head. I gasped softly as I slowly read her life story. I just nodded after. Now I understand why she didn’t seem scared to die.
"D-don’t tell me—"
"I found my slave.”

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

As if dealing with Kylan’s torment isn’t enough, Violet begins to uncover secrets about her past that change everything she thought she knew. Where does she truly come from? What is the secret behind her eyes? And has her whole life been a lie?
Surrendering to Destiny
Graham MacTavish wasn't prepared to find his mate in the small town of Sterling that borders the Blackmoore Packlands. With her multi-colored eyes, there was no stopping him from falling hard the moment their mate bond snapped into place. He would do anything to claim her, protect her and cherish her no matter the cost.
From vengeful ex-lovers, pack politics, species prejudice, hidden plots, magic, kidnapping, poisoning, rogue attacks, and a mountain of secrets including Catherine's true parentage there is no shortage of things trying to tear the two apart.
Despite the hardships, a burning desire and willingness to trust will help forge a strong bond between the two... but no bond is unbreakable. When the secrets kept close to heart are slowly revealed, will the two be able to weather the storm? Or will the gift bestowed upon Catherine by the moon goddess be too insurmountable to overcome?
Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
The Lycan Kings and the White Wolf.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
