Chapter 1
Victoria's POV
''Wake up Vicky.'' I could hear mom's voice in my sleep.
''No mom, let me sleep.'' I grumbled and turned to the other side of the bed.
''Wake up, we are going to get late.'' She murmured as she shook my legs.
''Mom.'' I groaned angrily and slowly opened my eyes.
''Don't tell me you forgot about today.'' Mom asked as she placed her two hands on her hips and tapped her feet on the floor, ''Alpha Derick is coming back today, we need to get everything ready.'' She muttered out quickly and threw a towel at me.
I didn't know why my mom always tried so hard to integrate me into Agora town. I was seen as an outcast here because I was the only one without a wolf, my mom was a werewolf while my dad happens to be a human.
On the day of my eighteenth birthday, mom made so many preparations for me. It was the day I would shift to my wolf and probably find my mate, but that day became a total disaster for me, and I wish never to talk about it.
''Get ready, we have a lot of things to do.'' She said those words and pushed me in the direction of the bathroom.
Groaning angrily, I entered the bathroom and slowly took off my clothes.
''Why must he come back.'' I murmured those words with a big frown as a memory flashed in my head.
I was just seventeen at that time, and it was my first arrival in the pack. Mom asked me to serve Alpha Derick some juice upstairs in his room. Happily, I took the juice upstairs to his room, because I was excited to see the young Alpha. I got to his room door, and knocked on the door, but got no response from him. I knocked again and still, there was no response from Alpha Derick.
Tired of knocking, I decided to go back with the drink. But just then----
The door opened and Derick stood by the door, shirtless and sweating profusely.
Without saying a word, he took the tray of juice from my hand, and gave me a quizzical look before letting the tray fall from his hand.
Out of fear, I jumped off and stared at him with wild eyes.
''Little chicken.'' He mocked.
I frowned at him but didn't say a word. He had just made the alpha of the pack and I didn't want to cause trouble, not as I could even cause trouble.
''You maids are too stupid, despite being a werewolf you still show weakness.'' He groaned softly and tried to move closer to me, but I took a few steps backward.
''How many times do I have to tell you guys that I don't drink orange juice.'' He spoke angrily as I noticed the color of his eyes changing.
The moment I saw the color of his eyes, I flipped in fear and nervously swallowed my saliva.
''What's wrong baby.'' I heard a female voice behind him, before I noticed hands wrapped around his waist and her head resting on his back. Without being told, I knew it was Emma, Derick's mate and the daughter of the alpha of the snow pack, who happens to be a close friend of Derick's father.
''Let's go in, you don't want this maid spoiling our fun.'' hearing those words from her, pierced through my soul, but what can I do? She was indeed right, I'm a daughter of a maid in this mansion, so apparently, everyone sees me as one.
''Get out, and make sure you don't ever show yourself to me.''he declared those words as a treat before slamming the door at me.
''Bastard.'' I whispered to myself, squatted and picked up the broken glasses on the floor before leaving.
After that incident, I never saw him until a few weeks later I heard he had gone to Canada to further his education alongside his mate Emma.
''Vicky, what is keeping you so long?'' Mum yelled from the room, taking me out of my thoughts.
Tiredly, I came out of the shower and wrapped the towel around my chest before leaving the bathroom.
''Get dressed and come to the main house. She said those words and quickly left my room.
Angrily, I took off the towel, and creamed my body before putting on a simple outfit of a blue dress that was above my knees.
I stood before the dressing mirror, and quickly parked my hair in a bun, before leaving the room.
I left the boy's quarter and went into the main house, where the Luciano family lives. The moment I got to the sitting room, I noticed the sitting room was filled with different people from the pack, sitting on the couch while they awaited the arrival of alpha Derick. Sighing softly, I made my way to the kitchen and was almost at the door when I felt a hand on my arm.
''Hey, human wolf.''Clara mocked with a devilish smile on her face.
''My name is Victoria.'' I spoke angrily and tried taking her hand off my arm, but she tightened it.
''Of course you are Victoria, the girl without a wolf and a mate, the human wolf.'' Clara mocked with a soft chuckle.
Hearing those words from her brought back painful memories, memories I wish to forget.
''Let go of her.'' I heard a familiar voice behind me, and without turning around I knew it was Clinton, the twin brother to Clara.
On hearing Clinton's words, Clara groaned angrily and let go of my arm.
''You won't keep saving her for long.'' Clara grumbled and walked away.
''Thank you.'' I flashed Clinton a big smile.
''Don't worry, all this will be over once you leave for Australia.'' He assured me
''Hopefully,'' I murmured and walked towards the direction of the kitchen.
''You are finally here, take this and chop, and please be quick.'' Mom said those words and handed me a tray of carrots to me.
I grumbled softly, took the tray from her and started chopping the carrot.
I hated this town and country and just can't wait for the next three months to come.

He Never Loved Me, Until I Left
I put away the divorce agreement with a wry smile.
When he and my son completely disappeared, he finally panicked.
Three months later .
He knelt down on the streets of Chicago in despair, begging me to remarry him.
My six-year-old son looked coldly at his biological father and said, "Get lost, you bad uncle! You don't deserve to be my dad!"
When I Disappeared, He Regretted It
The moment the screen lit up, my entire world came crashing down.
The woman on the bed was Calista - that girl who grew up with us since we were kids. And that hand caressing her skin was wearing the wedding ring I had personally put on Matteo's finger.
"I've missed you so much..."
"You drive me crazy, baby..."
Those sweet words I knew so well completely destroyed me.
Everyone said we were the perfect couple, but who knew this marriage was built on nothing but lies?
Since he's so good at acting, I guess it's time I gave him a show of my own. I'm going to make sure everyone sees what this "perfect husband" really is...
I Loved You in Silence, You Betrayed Me in French
At my birthday party, my husband whispered to his mistress in French that he missed her. His voice was low, but I heard it all—the black lingerie, the bit about how pregnancy makes you more sensitive. His French clients around us were laughing. He turned and put his arm around me, claiming he was just helping his clients come up with sweet nothings.
He doesn't know I understand every single word. Just like he doesn't know that inside my body, I'm carrying his other surprise. And his mistress—she's pregnant too. Two wombs, one secret.
Confrontation would be too cheap. Tears are worthless. I quietly started cataloging the hidden networks my father left behind, activating the Swiss accounts.
In seven days, Zoey Smith will cease to exist. And what will my husband's reaction be?
Falling for my boyfriend's Navy brother
"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.
**
As a ballet dancer, My life looks perfect—scholarship, starring role, sweet boyfriend Tyler. Until Tyler shows his true colors and his older brother, Asher, comes home.

I'm falling for my boyfriend's brother.
**
I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.
But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
Alpha Nicholas's Little Mate
What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.
My mate sees me and runs.

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi

“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
