Chapter 1
Chapter 1.
ZENEVIEVA'S POV
I never thought I would get to this stage in my life where I would be facing such an epic fate in my life or facing the most powerful Alpha in all the Packs to exist and making my blood drain from my face. I had no future or hope except to survive living as a rogue until the day I was captured and brought to this reality I badly want to run away from.
Maybe being a rogue would have been better than staring into the eyes of this man who would stop at nothing but gladly Pierce my throat if given the opportunity.
He was like a fine wine. I'm a deadly poisonous cup and I'm like a fragile little lost white lamb seeking refuge.
"To hell with all this Father, I'll never make this scumbag my Luna." I heard Alpha Tyson scream at the top of his voice.
The blood running in my veins drained, and I got frozen at a place staring at the young man who called me a scumbag. No matter his personality and position, I don't tolerate insults in my life. I might be a rogue but one unique thing about me is the natural authority I seem to wield and possess. I never wanted a mate nor was I in any way interested in this since of life ever since my parents died. All I needed was a space to think and a time to implement my revenge on the pack that brought me this Inferior.
Maybe it's just in me, the royal blood that never seems to run dry is still active.
A loud slap that echoed in the room brought me out of my thoughts, for me to turn and see his mother in his presence.
"Mother, you slapped me." His voice was kinda teary this time while referring to his mother.
"And I'll do it again if you ever use abusive words on her." Her mother warned.
Geez! Luna slapped her Alpha prince in the presence of a maid like me. The fact that she doesn't support the stupid acts of his son makes me hail her a lot. She was dressed beautifully in her long flowing Lilac silk gown with a little slit that stopped midway through her thigh. Her oval-shaped face made her creamy skin look even more perfect. Her lush dark hair was packed up neatly to the side, making sure the tendrils were prevented from dropping on her delicate face.
I am in this palace as a maid because of her kind heart. She didn't mind if I was a rogue when I was captured here with others but she welcomed me to serve her personally the moment she realized that I was her son's mate.
Yeah! The scumbag of an Alpha is my mate.
"Tyson…" the Alpha king called his son who was stiffened at a place staring at the floor.
I can see how shocked he is to get such a heavy slap from his mother. His jaw twitched with anger and his fingers were clenched in a fist making his model face even more sexy. The annoying thing about him was his looks.
He was like an archangel, trying to get things done his way but he couldn't. His white shirt hugged his skin perfectly but his delicious naked arms were exposed from the effect of the sleeves which were rolled up.
The arrogant punk's hair was another wonder to behold, long raven hair that almost covered his eyes and deep green eyes to make him look like a delicious snack.
But again I was eagerly waiting for his rejection since it's crystal clear that he would never accept me and I don't argue about it. Tyson was way beyond my league, his arrogance was primal and he was rude as fuck. He can go to hell with his fucking lover, besides he has never treated me well since I stepped foot in this Pack Mansion.
"I will never be happy with you if the Royal staff is taken away from this family. So you better think wisely in order not to regret it." His father cautioned him in a warning tone.
He swallowed deeply with his gaze focused on his father. "What are you trying to say? That I should go ahead and make this bitch my Luna? Never, I'll reject her."
The Luna rushed to hit him again but I got to my knees. She can't continue doing that for my sake, it would only escalate issues with this man who sees me as an eyesore.
As much as I don't care whether he accepts me or not, I still want to remain in this palace as I have nowhere to go.
"Forgive him, Luna." I pleaded with my head bent low.
She stepped backward.
"And you think that will make me love you Vieva? You're a good-for-nothing female wolf, a rogue can never be my Luna… get ready to leave this pack." The Alpha shrieked at me with disgust running his toke and I got pissed.
I stood up and faced him. "I am your mate and that throne belongs to me, if you deny me that… then who will take my place?" I questioned him bravely, pretending not to know that he has a lover.
"Marcella is the only woman I've ever loved and not a maid like you." He retorted.
"Then go ahead and reject me, that's what I'm expecting." My voice was damn hoarse this time.
"If you dare it, I'll throw you out of this pack just like you're planning to do to her… and for you to save yourself from my wrath, I am giving you just ten days for your coronation and mating ceremony to take place… or you'll lose that throne." The Alpha king remarked to his hearing and his face was priceless in shock. A wave of anger and disbelief washed through his face and he growled.
I took a deep breath and then leaned on the wall. This is getting more intense than I thought.
The door was banged harder and the princess walked in, she bowed to her parents and then faced her brother.
She was so beautiful, dressed in a floral pink gown and her hair falling by both sides with a tiny gold crown on her head. Without being told, my guts told me that guts were going to be bitchy. An arrogant wannabe queen.
"Have you sorted everything out with them?" She asked her brother who ruffled his hair frustratingly.
"What were you expecting him to sort out with us? To reject her mate right?" Her mother cut in.
The princess went dumb, their mother doesn't take it easy on them. It was as if she was ready to lash out at them hotly for any misconduct they make.
"How will you feel when your mate rejects you, Collete?" The king asked his daughter.
The princess rolled her eyes. "I'll feel hurt, but I don't think such a thing will happen since my background is standard." She said proudly.
"That's what you think, so you're supporting your brother to reject Zenevieva as his mate huh? Do you even realize that she's a gamma and will be the only gamma in this pack?" Luna yelled at her.
She twisted her face throwing heavy glares at me, but I didn't mind. Just like her brother, she mistreats me a lot.
"But the Alpha prince can't get married to a rogue without a family. Besides, she's responsible for the death of her parents." Collete screeched out.
My eyes widened with my mouth agape. My woof perked up in anger and all the blood flowing in my system became hot instantly. How did she come to know that I was kicked out of my pack because they think that I killed my parents?
Even the moon goddess knows that I'm not a murderer and knows nothing about my parent's death.
"You're already given ten days by your father, so you go and sort yourself out. Now leave this place." Luna ordered them.
Both of them left the room without taking a glance backward, while I leaned on the wall shedding tears like a baby.
I felt a soft palm on my cheek when I noticed that it was the queen.
"Go and take a rest, okay, he will never reject you." She assured me.
I nodded and left the room as well heading to mine when I stumbled on someone.
I wiped my face to see that it was Alpha Tyson's lover.
"Mother fucker! Tell me that you're blind and that you didn't see me." She yelled at me.
I hate her with the last blood running in my veins, she might hate me because I'm the Alpha prince's mate… but I hate her because she's trying to take my mate away from me.
All these while, I've been longing to meet my mate and have a happy life… only for the moon goddess to give me my worst enemy as a mate.
This is so disgusting.
"I heard you're the prince mate, is that true?" Marcella drew my attention.
I shrugged my shoulders. "Believe me if you wish."
She grimaced and raised her hand to hit me, but I held it to the air. "What gives you the guts to raise your hand on me?"
She dragged her hand away from mine. "You're nothing but a rogue and a maid in this palace. You're not even a member of this pack, so don't even think that the prince will make you his Luna."
I heaved a big sigh. "If his mate is denied from being his Luna, who then will be?"
She mockingly pouted her lips. "I Marcella will be the Luna of this pack, not a nonchalant like you." She ticked her brows up defiantly and I shrugged, nodding at her.
"Let's watch, and if you don't mind, you're the nonchalant here and not me." I retorted.
She chiseled her face and dragged my hair, then pushed me so hard that I hit my back forcefully on the wall.
"Stay away from the prince, he will never make you his." She yelled at me and walked out.

When I Disappeared, He Regretted It
The moment the screen lit up, my entire world came crashing down.
The woman on the bed was Calista - that girl who grew up with us since we were kids. And that hand caressing her skin was wearing the wedding ring I had personally put on Matteo's finger.
"I've missed you so much..."
"You drive me crazy, baby..."
Those sweet words I knew so well completely destroyed me.
Everyone said we were the perfect couple, but who knew this marriage was built on nothing but lies?
Since he's so good at acting, I guess it's time I gave him a show of my own. I'm going to make sure everyone sees what this "perfect husband" really is...
He Thought I'd Never Leave
When he said he was being bullied, I believed him. When he kissed me on that rooftop, I thought he felt the same. When he asked me to transfer schools with him, I said yes without hesitation.
Then I heard him bragging to his friends: "She'd save her first time for me. Hell, she'd still be thinking of me on her wedding night."
The bullying was staged. The kiss meant nothing. He just wanted me gone—so his new girl could feel more comfortable.
He thought I'd beg. He thought I'd cry. He thought I'd never actually leave.
I left the country.
And ran straight into his stepbrother.
I Died While They Threw Her a Party
Their real daughter came home. She'd only been back two years. That's all it took to erase twenty-four.
When kidnappers grabbed us, I used my body as a shield. They beat me until something inside me ruptured. I was dying from internal bleeding, but no one could tell.
My parents wouldn't even look at me. "This is your fault! None of this would've happened if it weren't for you!"
"Get downstairs and apologize to your sister. If you can't, pack your things and get out."
They threw her a party at a downtown hotel while I died alone in my room.
I thought they'd be relieved. Maybe even glad. I thought they'd just move on like I never existed.
But when they finally learned the truth, they fell apart.
Bury Me in His Regret
The kidnapper pressed the gun to my temple and asked, "Choose your wife or your sister-in-law?"
Zachary didn't hesitate. "Let Valerie go," he said.
He actually chose to save his sister-in-law! In that moment, even the baby in my belly seemed to stop kicking.
Later, they locked me in the basement. Drugs to delay labor were pumped into my veins over and over. Zachary wanted to save the "firstborn son" status for his sister-in-law's child.
When warm blood finally soaked through my skirt, I dialed the number I knew by heart with shaking hands.
"Zachary," I whispered into the phone, "our child... can't wait any longer."
The Kidney That Killed Me
A few months ago, my sister was hospitalized with kidney failure. The doctor said she needed a transplant. My family's first thought was me—the backup daughter they'd kept around all these years.
When my husband Allen took my hand with tears in his eyes and said, "Only you can save her," I agreed without hesitation.
When the doctor explained the surgical risks and potential complications, I smiled and nodded my understanding.
My parents said I'd finally learned what sisterly love meant.
Even Allen, who'd always been cold to me, held my hand gently and said, "The surgery's safe. You're so healthy, nothing will go wrong. When you recover, I'll take you to Hawaii."
But they don't know that no matter how the surgery goes, I won't be around to celebrate.
Because I just got my own test results—I have terminal brain cancer. I'm going to die anyway.
After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms
From first crush to wedding vows, George Capulet and I had been inseparable. But in our seventh year of marriage, he began an affair with his secretary.
On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
Alpha Nicholas's Little Mate
What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.
My mate sees me and runs.
Bonnie has spent her entire life being broken down and abused by the people closest to her including her very own twin sister. Alongside her best friend Lilly who also lives a life of hell, they plan to run away while attending the biggest ball of the year while it's being hosted by another pack, only things don't quite go to plan leaving both girls feeling lost and unsure about their futures.
Alpha Nicholas is 28, mateless, and has no plans to change that. It's his turn to host the annual Blue Moon Ball this year and the last thing he expects is to find his mate. What he expects even less is for his mate to be 10 years younger than him and how his body reacts to her. While he tries to refuse to acknowledge that he has met his mate his world is turned upside down after guards catch two she-wolves running through his lands.
Once they are brought to him he finds himself once again facing his mate and discovers that she's hiding secrets that will make him want to kill more than one person.
Can he overcome his feelings towards having a mate and one that is so much younger than him? Will his mate want him after already feeling the sting of his unofficial rejection? Can they both work on letting go of the past and moving forward together or will fate have different plans and keep them apart?

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

“I’m sorry, sweetheart. Was that too much?” I could see the worry in his eyes as I took a deep breath.
“I just didn’t want you to see all my scars,” I whispered, feeling ashamed of my marked body.

Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...
