Chapter 1
Tatum's P.O.V.
I'm the last of the silverback gorilla shifters, and I'm being hunted. It's up to me to find my fated mate to ensure our species doesn't become extinct. I assumed she would be another gorilla, but after searching the depths of every jungle, I have concluded she's somewhere else.
As I walk through the streets of New York, I look around, thinking I'm way over my head. What the hell made me think my mate would be here? I know they call this place the jungle, but it's not the type of jungle I'm used to. At least in my jungle, we have civility. Here, it's every man for themselves.
I know when people look at me they don't think I’m a gorilla. I am 6'7" with long blonde hair and pale blue eyes. I don't believe other shifters know what I am or that I even exist. They are used to werewolves, werecats, and werebears, but weregorillas, even I'm sometimes skeptical.
I'm exhausted from my day of searching and decide to go back to my apartment. I spend every day walking and looking for my mate. I refuse to give up because she's the only thing that can save our species.
As I round a corner, I pick up a scent that doesn't belong in this place. I'm used to the smell of greasy food, car exhaust, and filth, but this is none of those. I stop and take a deep whiff. It smells like the rainforest on a clear summer day. My heart races. I run forward, looking for the owner of that scent.
When I reach an alley, the scent is overwhelming. My gorilla, Apollo, is going crazy, beating on his chest and grunting. A woman is lying in the alley. Her clothes have been ripped, and it's clear she's been raped. I kneel beside her, and as soon as I touch her hand, I feel the sparks spread up my arm. This angel is my mate.
She's human, so I need to do the human thing and call for help. I pull out my cell phone and call 911. When the dispatcher answers, I tell her I found a woman in the alley, and she needs an ambulance. She said someone would be here in a few minutes. I check for a pulse, and my mate is still alive. I try to cover her the best I can.
"Hello? Can you hear me?" She doesn't respond. "Everything is going to be okay. There's an ambulance on the way. I'm so sorry this happened to you. I promise I'll make whoever did this pay."
I see a handbag next to her. I know I shouldn't go through her things, but I need to know who she is. I open her wallet and look at her driver's license. Sasha. I love her name already. I look at her address and say it over and over so I won't forget it. I close her purse just as a police car and ambulance pull up. I wave them down.
"In here," I yell.
"What happened to her?" One of the paramedics asks as they begin assessing Sasha's wounds.
"I don't know. I was walking home and I saw her lying in the alley. I called for help as soon as I saw her." One of the officers looks me up and down, as if he doesn't believe me. I stand up and move out of the paramedic's way, even though it pains me to leave her side. When the officer sees my full height, I see him swallow. I stand almost a foot taller than him, and I’m built like a wrestler; I am a gorilla after all.
"Would you mind giving us a DNA sample?" I guess he got up his nerve to speak again. I turn to him and glare.
"I'll give you whatever you want, but I didn't hurt her." I turn back to Sasha as they load her onto a gurney and strap her down. They take her to the awaiting ambulance and put her inside. I want to ride along, but I know I can't. After they take her away, I turn to the two officers, handing them my business card. I own my own company, working in real estate. They look at my card and then at me.
"You're Tatum Grant?" One of them asks.
"Yes," I reply. I've made a name for myself all over the world, but I don't let my picture get taken. It's easier to travel if no one knows you're a billionaire.
"Sir, what are you doing walking through here?" One asks.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know it was illegal to walk down the street," I questioned him. I'm done with these two. I want to go to the hospital to check on Sasha.
"It’s not. We just typically don't see people of your status walking." Okay, I'm out of here.
"You have my card. If you need anything, call me." I turn and walk away, daring them to tell me I can't go. I look at my phone to see where the closest hospital is, and it's only a few blocks away. I'm assuming that's where they took her.
I run until I see the ED sign. When I go in, I walk up to the counter and give my most charming smile. The nurse looks me up and down, and I see her face turning red.
"What can I help you with?" She asks in what I'm assuming she thinks is a sexy voice, but she sounds silly.
"I'm here to see Sasha Andrews. They said she was brought to this hospital." I lean on the counter and look into her brown eyes. She fumbles around and starts typing on her keyboard.
"Yes, she was just brought in. She's in room four. I'll take you.” She jumps up and walks around the counter. I follow her behind the doors. She stops and looks up at me through her lashes.
"I get off in a few hours if you want to do something after you're done visiting with your sister." I smile.
"She's not my sister; she's my girlfriend, and no offense, but you're not my type." The nurse turns with a huff and walks off. My mate is the only one who's my type. I take a deep breath and walk into room four.
My breath catches in my throat when I see Sasha. Her face is bruised and swollen. She has a bandage wrapped around her head. I see a splint on her arm and multiple bruises. If only I had gotten there sooner. I sit in the chair beside her bed and take her small hand in mine. I get a good look at her, and it's hard to tell what she typically looks like, but she has beautiful auburn hair. A nurse walks in and is surprised to see me.
"Who are you?" She asks. Okay, this may be tricky, but let's try it.
"I'm Tatum; she's my girlfriend. The police told me she was brought here. What happened to her?" I ask, looking from the nurse to Sasha. She seems uncertain at first.
"I can't go into details without her consent, but she was hurt badly. Are you going to stay here with her? I don't want to leave her alone in case she wakes up." I nod eagerly.
"I'm not going anywhere." The nurse looks relieved. I can only imagine how busy she must be in a New York ER.
"Good. Push the call light if you need me. My name is Karla." She checks Sasha over and then walks out of the room.
"Don't worry, sweetheart. I'm not leaving you. I plan to be with you forever."

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
The mafia princess return
Badass in Disguise
"Jade, I need to check your—" the nurse began.
"OUT!" I snarled with enough force that both women backed toward the door.
Once feared by Shadow Organization that drugged me to replicate my abilities into a more controllable version, I had escaped my restraints and detonated their entire facility, ready to die alongside my captors.
Instead, I woke up in a school infirmary with women arguing around me, their voices piercing my skull. My outburst froze them in shock—clearly they hadn't expected such a reaction. One woman threatened as she left, "We'll discuss this attitude when you get home."
The bitter truth? I've been reborn into the body of an overweight, weak, and supposedly dim-witted high school girl. Her life is filled with bullies and tormentors who've made her existence miserable.
But they have no idea who they're dealing with now.
I didn't survive as the world's deadliest assassin by allowing anyone to push me around. And I certainly won't start now.
Accidentally Crossing the Tycoon
Four years ago, the Bailey family faced a devastating financial crisis.
Just when bankruptcy seemed inevitable, a mysterious benefactor emerged, offering salvation with one condition: a contract marriage.
Rumors swirled about this enigmatic man—whispers claimed he was hideously ugly and too ashamed to show his face, possibly harboring dark, twisted obsessions.
Without hesitation, the Baileys sacrificed me to protect their precious biological daughter, forcing me to take her place as a pawn in this cold, calculated arrangement.
Luckily, in those four years, the mysterious husband never asked to meet in person.
Now, in the final year of our arrangement, the husband I've never met is demanding we meet face to face.
But disaster struck the night before my return—drunk and disoriented, I stumbled into the wrong hotel room and ended up sleeping with the legendary financial mogul, Caspar Thornton.
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."
Danielle Harris is the daughter of an overprotective police chief and has led a sheltered life. As a kindergarten teacher, she's as far removed from the world of Harleys and bikers as you could get, but when she's rescued by the sexy and dangerous Austin Carver, her life is changed forever.
Although Austin 'Booker' Carver is enamored by the innocent Dani, he tries to keep the police chief's daughter at arm's length. But when a threat is made from an unexpected source, he finds himself falling hard and fast for the only woman who can tame his wild heart.
Will Booker be able to find the source of the threat before it's too late?
Will Dani finally give her heart to a man who's everything she's been warned about?
The Betrayed Warrior Luna's Second Chance
But fate has other plans. When Eliza severs her bond with the man who broke her, a magnetic Lycan prince steps forward—her fated mate. Bound by destiny yet scarred by betrayal, can Eliza embrace a future of strength, love, and vengeance?
Chosen By The Cursed Alpha King
"But I will survive."
I whispered it to the moon, to the chains, to myself—until I believed it.
They say Alpha King Maximus is a monster — too big, too brutal, too cursed. His bed is a death sentence, and no woman has ever left it alive. So why did he choose me?
The fat, unwanted omega. The one my own pack offered up like trash. One night with the merciless King was supposed to end me. Instead, it ruined me. Now I crave the man who takes without mercy. His touch burns. His voice commands. His body destroys. And I keep going back for more. But Maximus doesn't do love. He doesn't do mates. He takes. He owns. And he never stays.
"Before my beast consumes me completely—I need a son to take the throne."
Too bad for him…I'm not the weak, pathetic girl they threw away. I'm something far more dangerous —the one woman who can break his curse… or break his kingdom.

Triplet Alpha: My Fated Mates
"No." "I'm fine."
"Fuck," he breathes. "You're—"
"Don't." My voice cracks. "Please don't say it."
"Aroused." He says it anyway. "You're aroused."
"I'm not—"
"Your scent." His nostrils flare. "Kara, you smell like—"
"Stop." I cover my face with my hands. "Just—stop."
Then his hand on my wrist, pulling my hands away.
"There's nothing wrong with wanting us," he says softly. "It's natural. You're our mate. We're yours."
"I know." My voice is barely a whisper.
I spent ten years as a ghost in the Sterling mansion—a debt slave to the triplet Alphas who made my life hell. They called me "Carrot," shoved me into frozen rivers, and left me to die in the snow when I was eleven.
On my eighteenth birthday, everything changed. My first shift released a scent of white musk and first snow—and three former tormentors stood outside my door, claiming I was their fated mate. All three of them.
Overnight, the debt vanished. Asher's commands turned to vows, Blake's fists became trembling apologies, and Cole swore they'd been waiting for me all along. They declared me their Luna and promised to spend their lives atoning.
My wolf howls to accept them. But one question haunts me:
Would that eleven-year-old girl, freezing and certain she would die, forgive the choice I'm about to make?
