Chapter 1
Diane's Pov
I walked down the hall towards the meeting room as the mantle of responsibility weighed down on me. I was the Alpha and I had a duty to perform to my people. The circle of elders were awaiting my decision over the hike of disease spread in the Pack. It had been an ongoing meeting with the Rogue Pack and I had two options to take.
I heaved a sigh as I stood in front of the door and Sylvia assisted me to open it after giving me a nod of approval over my decision. On entering the room, the elders stood in recognition of my presence until I sat comfortably at the head of the table, and they followed suit.
"Elder Jose, have they decided to accept our terms?" I hoped they would accept our proposition. I knew they were behind the widespread of the sudden disease, but I prayed they would accept my deal.
"Alpha, they are head bent on theirs." I sighed and bent my head "People are dying, sire. The more we wait, the more we lose," he added.
He was right. Since the recent outbreak of the supernatural disease and sudden influx of death started over two months ago, we have been dying in numbers. Our Pack warriors had planned and warred with them, but they always returned defeated or dead, almost like the rouges had an informant within us. We had checked several times, but we could not find any mole.
"Are you insinuating we let them have claims over half of our Pack? Who knows what will happen next?" Adrian, my beta asked. I understood his stand, and it pained me that they had the right to request such. However, we had fought for too long, and I was pushed to the wall. I needed to save my people and I needed to do it now.
"What do you expect we do? Is it until we are all dead that we will do something?"
"What about the Lycan?" Adrian asked. "We could…"
"Oh, quiet Adrian. We will return to ruins by the time we return from a meeting with the Lycan," Elder Solo said, and he made a fair point. I had plans to ask for the Lycan's help, but this was just taking too long already.
"But, Alpha, we…" Adrian started, looking at me and hoping I could reason with him.
"That's enough, Adrian. I have made my decision already," I cut him off to put an end to the banter. They all gazed in anticipation of my decision with hope filled in their eyes. I could feel their sadness over their losses and their tiredness over how prolonged this war has been. I had longed to end this disease evasion; I had wished to end the Rogue Pack alone, but it resulted in more loss. I need to do what is right.
"We will give them part ownership of the Pack in exchange for the cure and end to this invasion." Some of the elders sighed in relief while others cheered in happiness, almost like they were happy we were giving our ownership up, making me feel like they had an ulterior motive.
"In the interim, I have handed over my mantle of leadership to Fenris. He is now the new Alpha," I left everyone confused. "Adrian, get the car ready, we leave with elder Jose and Solo to the Rogue Pack immediately."
"Alpha… What do you mean…" Adrain started, but I ignored him as I went straight to my room.
"Hey baby, are you okay?" Fenris asked immediately, seeing how serious I looked as I entered my chambers. He was the love of my life, and he knew me better than anyone else. We had fought off the naysayers and disapproval that came with being together due to the fact that he was a rogue. We had been together for three years and we were basking strong.
"I am fine, my love. I need to talk to you,"
"Sure," he said as he gave me a peck on my lips.
"I have announced you as the Alpha of the Pack," I said, and he smirked, making me furrow my brow in bewilderment. He swiftly smiled widely, trying to hide his smirk that I decided to ignore. Maybe I saw wrong.
"Why?" he chuckled nervously.
"I have decided to give the rouge Pack part of our coast, and we have to seal the agreement immediately to put an end to the killings," I said as he got serious, nodding his head.
"I need someone I can trust to become the Alpha while I am gone. I don't know how long we will take, and I see no better person to give my mantle to while I am gone." I meant every word I said. He had proven severally to me and everyone who cared that he meant well. He had fought off some rogues during the war and had shown so much love to the people.
"Baby, you know I can do anything for you and…"
"Alpha, we are ready to go," Adrian called, while I quickly said my farewell, and we headed to the Rogue Pack.
It was a short ride to the Rogue Pack because they were already closing in on us. Again, it felt like they were a few steps ahead of us, anticipating our visit. They gave us a document to sign off, accepting to grant them ownership of the land, which we did and were handed the cure after which we headed home. It was a smooth and strangely easy procedure, unlike how I thought it would be. We headed back, and I was happy with the development and couldn't wait to tell my love.
"Finally! It is all ours," I heard Sylvia's voice from behind the door of my room, making me stop in my tracks as I wondered why she would be here in my absence.
"I told you, baby. We now own everything," Fenris' voice echoed in my ears. "Now come on, bring that ass here," he added, as Sylvia giggled. I was stunned and confused.
"What is going on here?" I asked as I barged into the door, banging the door behind me and hoping my suspicion was wrong even with Fenris on top of her.
He rolled his eyes as he got off her and sat on the bed. "What do you think it is?" he asked, looking me dead in the eyes.
"Sylvia, what? What…"
"Please read the room Diane, no one wants you here, so you might as well use the door," she cut me off as she adjusted her lingerie.
I was beyond stunned. The answers and actions I was getting were lackadaisical. Never in this lifetime did I imagine that Sylvia would have the guts to talk to me this way, even if we were best friends. She was somewhat different. It was clear I had been cheated on, but I was still their Alpha, and I was not ready to let them see me breakdown.
"I demand an answer, now!" I thundered, which made Sylvia flinch in fear.
"Demand?" Fenris stood as anger seeped through his frame. "You have no damn right to make demands. You are nothing, and you will remain nothing, bitch!"
My mouth fell open in consternation.
"Fe… Fenris? What?..."
"You need an answer? Well, here's one," he towered over me, taking short steps towards me with every word that left his mouth laced with venom, making me take steps in fear until my back hit the wall. "Sylvia has been my girlfriend for over two years now, and you just disrupted our wonderful time. So, I suggest you leave, just as she said," he started his way back to the bed where Sylvia was smiling proudly as I fought the tears that threatened to fall down my eyes.
"Sylvia, as your Alpha, I command you to get out," I needed to do something. I was still their Alpha, "Now!" I screamed, pointing at the door because she made no attempt to leave. They both laughed at my outburst. What is wrong with them?
"Have you forgotten about this?" Fenris said, dangling his finger with the ring of authority at me. "I am the new Alpha and I order you to get lost," he added. Realization hit me hard. What is going on? What have I done?
"But…" I let the tears down my eyes. I couldn't hold in the hurt anymore. The betrayal was too much. "But we are together, Fenris. I don't understand. You can't do this to us. We are mates," I tried reasoning with his empathy, but this man was dead inside and his heart was hard as a rock. His last words broke me.
"Then let me make it easier for you," he walked up to me, looked me in the eyes as I broke down to pieces.
"Diane Alexandra, I hereby reject you as my mate".

I hate girls like her.
Entitled.

Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.

How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.
Alpha Nicholas's Little Mate
What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.
My mate sees me and runs.

Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.

The mafia princess return
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

Let Them Kneel
Cast out by her pack. Forgotten by the Lycans.
She lived among humans—quiet, invisible, tucked away in a town no one looked at twice.
But when her first heat comes without warning, everything changes.
Her body ignites. Her instincts scream. And something primal stirs beneath her skin—
summoning a big, bad Alpha who knows exactly how to quench her fire.
When he claims her, it’s ecstasy and ruin.
For the first time, she believes she’s been accepted.
Seen.
Chosen.
Until he leaves her the next morning—
like a secret never to be spoken.
But Kaelani is not what they thought.
Not wolfless. Not weak.
There is something ancient inside her. Something powerful. And it’s waking.
And when it does—
they’ll all remember the girl they tried to erase.
Especially him.
She’ll be the dream he keeps chasing… the one thing that ever made him feel alive.
Because secrets never stay buried.
And neither do dreams.
The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.
