Introduction
Three years of loyalty. Three years of sacrifice. All shattered in one garden confession.
Dalton Blackwood's former fiancée is back, beautiful, broken, and pregnant with his child. Tehila confronts her husband and is handed divorce papers instead of an apology, betrayed not only by the man she loves but by the powerful family that never wanted her. Stripped of her place, her dignity, and her future, Tehila walks away in despair with a secret of her own, she is pregnant.
Tehila walks away in despair with the secret that she is pregnant, only to accidentally discover suspicious clues about the mistress by chance.
"David Rothstein was first. She met him at a charity gala, where she was working as an event coordinator. He was forty-five, recently divorced, and lonely. She was nineteen and knew exactly how to make him feel alive again. They married six months later."
"And he died a year after that."
As the truth behind Dalton’s mistress begins to unravel, Tehila realises this isn’t just betrayal, it is a deadly game. A game where wealth hides blood, love masks obsession, and one woman has already buried men who trusted her.
As lawsuits ignite, lies multiply, and danger closes in, Tehila must choose who she will become:
The discarded wife who walks away…
Or the woman who rises, exposes the truth, and reclaims her power.
Chapter 1
Tehila
The pregnancy test sat on the marble bathroom counter, two pink lines glaring back at me like an accusation. Three years of trying, of hoping, of monthly disappointments that left me heartbroken. And now, on our third anniversary, the universe finally decided to cooperate.
I pressed my hand against my flat stomach, imagining the life growing inside me. The surprise I'd been waiting to give Dalton for so long.
I remembered the night he'd first talked about having children. We'd been lying in bed in his penthouse, tangled in Egyptian cotton sheets, and he'd traced circles on my bare shoulder with his fingertip. "I want a family with you," he'd said, his voice very soft. "Not the kind of family I grew up in, that was all appearances and no unity. A real family. The kind where kids grow up knowing they're loved."
That vulnerability had made me fall deeper. Dalton Blackwood, billionaire heir, is showing me the reality of being in his world.
I'd met him at a charity gala where I was serving champagne to pay for my graduate program. He was different from the other wealthy attendees. He had actually looked at me, seen me, and asked my name. When my scholarship fell through two months later, he didn't write a check. Instead, he'd helped me find work-study opportunities that cater for my needs. "You're not a charity case," he'd said. "You're brilliant. You just need a fair shot."
Those early days felt like a lifetime ago.
I tucked the pregnancy test into my purse. Tonight at the anniversary dinner, I'd tell him. I'd planned it perfectly, a private moment in the garden before joining the family for the formal celebration Estelle insisted on hosting. His grandmother was the only Blackwood who'd ever made me feel welcome.
The rest of them, particularly Victoria, had made their disapproval clear from day one. I’m from a middle-class background, with no connections, but everything the Blackwood matriarch despised.
Dalton had fought for me. I remembered him saying, "I'm marrying Tehila. With or without your blessing," in his mother's sitting room, and in that moment, I believed that our love could survive anything.
Though doubt had crept in lately. Every night, Dalton came home later, giving the same excuses. The new development project, endless meetings, and investor demands. He had stopped asking about my day and brushing his toes on mine under the dining table during dinners. We were growing farther apart, but I had always convinced myself that I was imagining it.
I checked my reflection in the mirror. The emerald dress hugged my curves perfectly, the colour bringing out the glow in my brown skin. The diamond earrings caught the light. It was a gift from Dalton on our first anniversary. I looked like I belonged in the Blackwood world now, even if I'd never feel like it.
My phone vibrated, showing a text from Dalton. Running late. Start without me if needed.
My stomach twisted. He was going to be late to our own anniversary dinner. I typed back a response, keeping my tone light, refusing to let my disappointment show in the texts.
The drive to the Blackwood estate took forty minutes. I'd made this journey countless times, but tonight the familiar route felt strange. The iron gates opened automatically, recognising my car. The mansion is beyond magnificent. It's all Gothic architecture and old money, a monument to a legacy I'd married into but would never truly inherit.
Estelle met me at the entrance, elegant in navy silk, her white hair perfectly coiffed. "Tehila, darling. You look radiant." The old woman's eyes were sharp, missing nothing. "Where's my grandson?"
"Running late. Work." I heard the strain in my own voice.
Estelle's expression tightened, but she said nothing. She'd been married to a Blackwood once. She understood the cost of that name.
Victoria appeared from the drawing room, champagne flute in hand. Her gaze swept over me. "How convenient that Dalton isn't here to celebrate with you." Her tone dripped with implication.
"He'll be here soon," I said, lifting my chin.
"Will he?" Victoria's smile was piercing. "Men have such demanding schedules these days."
I wanted to ask what she meant, but Estelle touched my arm gently. "Come, dear. Let's get you something to drink. Non-alcoholic, I assume?" Her knowing look made my breath catch. Could she tell?
The garden lights twinkled in the dusk as guests arrived. Business associates, family friends, society people who'd never accepted me but smiled anyway because the Blackwoods demanded it. I circulated through the crowd, playing the role of the perfect wife, while my phone remained silent.
An hour passed. Then another. Still no Dalton.
I stepped away from the crowd, seeking quietness in the garden. The rose garden had always been my favourite part of the estate. Dalton had proposed here, on one knee in the moonlight, his usual confidence replaced by endearing nervousness. "I know I come with complications," he'd said. "But I promise I'll always choose you first."
Back then, I had believed him.
I heard low and intimate voices from behind the hedges. I recognised Dalton's voice immediately. My instinct, which I wished I'd ignored, made me move closer.
Wrapped around each other, they stood under the arbour. Dalton had a woman in his arms that I had only seen in photographs. Sienna Reyes. His former fiancée. The woman who'd left him three years ago.
"I never stopped loving you," Dalton said, his voice breaking with emotion I hadn't heard from him in months. "Not for a single day."
The pregnancy test in my purse suddenly made my bag very heavy.

Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride
Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
Invisible To Her Bully
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.

"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."
