Introduction

"W-what are you doing?" I was shocked and couldn't move because Dante's hands were holding my body.

"Remember! You are my wife and you have to do what a wife should do to your husband!"

I couldn't breathe for a moment. His face was too close to mine. "What do you mean?"

"Serve me in bed tonight!"

My eyes cut perfectly. I couldn't believe the man who was my sister's future husband asked me to serve him in bed. "But ..."

"But what?" Dante's face got closer even our seeds were united but I couldn't do anything. I closed my eyes and let Dante do what he wanted. His lips were so soft and fragrant I couldn't hold my breath anymore I could die here.

Then Dante just left me. "Go to sleep! I'll wait for you until you're ready."

Aurora did not expect that she would marry the man my sister loved.

Today should be my sister's wedding. However, when the event was about to take place, suddenly my sister left a letter stating that she could not marry Dante for whatever reason. Where he is the CEO of the CNM Group where this company is a magnet for all companies in this country,

This made Dante's family feel humiliated, and they asked Aurora, who was Molly May's young sister, to continue the marriage with Dante, replacing Molly May.

How is Aurora's story next? Will she and Dante live happily with their sudden marriage?

Chapter 1

Aurora's POV

A luxurious building has been transformed into a wedding venue that looks very beautiful and majestic, with decorations and a sprinkling of typical flowers like a wedding party in general.

Some of the invited guests were also present at the sacred event which will be held once in a lifetime by the bride and groom who are getting married.

I was complete with my beautiful dress, my cute little face with thin lips had been polished in such a way. My only older sister is getting married and of course I really participated in the wedding event.

Since then, I have not stopped welcoming invited guests, then directing the guests to sit at the tables that have been prepared.

While I was having fun making small talk with some of the guests I knew, suddenly a make-up artist approached me.

"Where is Miss Celine Nelson?" asked the makeup artist in a hurry and also looked panicked, making me feel surprised and couldn't help but ask what happened.

"What's going on? Who knows, I might be able to help," I said.

"The bride ran away, she left this letter behind!"

My eyes immediately widened when I heard the makeup artist's explanation. Blurry? But why? I quickly took the letter given by the make-up artist and read its contents.

In the letter, my sister, named Molly May, wrote that she could not continue with her wedding because something had happened, but it was not explained what happened, and there was also an apology addressed to her future husband, the future family husband and to her family.

I quickly looked for my mother's whereabouts, then showed the contents of the letter to my mother, who coincidentally also had my father there.

My mother looked shocked when she read the contents of the letter and my mother's body almost collapsed if I didn't immediately hold her body.

"Why is it like this? How are we going to explain to Dante's family?" my mother asked with tears in her eyes. My older sister's sudden decision really made my family very panicked.

There have been 5,000 invitations, both from Dante's family and Molly May's family. Most of the invited guests have already attended, now the event will be canceled, that's really unreasonable! Apart from that, Dante's family also doesn't know about the news of Molly May's disappearance.

Still in panic, suddenly Dante's family came with happy smiles, and occasionally they also smiled warmly to greet the invited guests present.

“Is Molly May ready, Celine Nelson? I'm sure my daughter-in-law is very beautiful!”

My whole family was stunned at Jenny Walter's question, how do you say that Molly May ran away?

"S-sorry, Jenny Walter… Molly May is missing!"

Boom!

Jenny Walter, who is Dante's mother, immediately widened her eyes with her mouth agape. "What do you mean, Celine Nelson?" She asked with a facial expression that immediately changed.

"We don't know why Molly May ran away from her wedding, but she left a letter saying she couldn't continue their marriage," answered Celine Nelson.

I decided to invite the two families to talk in a room. I would be embarrassed to talk about things like that around the invited guests.

"What's with that kid! If you don't intend to get married, why are you canceling it now? Now the event is about to take place!" Jenny Walter shouted in a voice that echoed throughout the room. Her emotions immediately exploded when she learned that the prospective daughter-in-law who was going to marry her son ran away from the wedding.

"What's wrong with continuing this marriage for a while, then leaving. If it's like this, our family will be embarrassed!" shouted Jenny Walter.

"Mom, what's wrong?" asked Dante who hurriedly entered the room where there were two families there. He was getting ready with his wedding dress attached to his perfect body.

"The woman you were going to marry and the woman you love has now run away during the wedding which will soon take place." Jenny Walter immediately gave the letter to Dante,

Dante read the letter carefully. There was a look of anger on his hardened face, then he crumpled the letter.

"Then what now? The invited guests have already arrived? Your daughter wants to embarrass our family?" Jenny Walter railed against my mother vehemently.

My family also didn't know about the decision taken by Molly May, they were also very shocked.

"We don't want to know, the point is, this event must go on! You still have one daughter, right? I want her to replace her sister!”

Hearing this, I and all the family there were shocked by Jenny Walter's story.

"Mom, –"

"Don't argue with me, Dante! Your wedding must go on no matter what, you can divorce her after this event is over," said Jenny Walter vehemently, if the wedding doesn't continue, then her family will suffer shame.

"But Aurora still at college, Jenny Walter. Her studies are very busy at the moment and she also has to take care of her thesis." It was my father who spoke.

However, Dante's family remained determined to marry Dante.

Until, my family was unable to refuse it because the root of the problem lay in Molly May who ran away, and here I am currently in the dressing room to replace my sister who ran away.

Since then, Mrs. Jenny Walter has been watching her so that she doesn't run away like Molly May.

I couldn't help but let my face be made up by a make-up artist. Tears always well up in my eyes, how can things change so quickly? Unexpectedly, I was the one who would marry my sister's future husband.

My face, which is already basically beautiful, becomes even more beautiful when covered with make-up. Moreover, now I am wearing a wedding dress, making me look like a very charming living Barbie.

"Come on, guests have been waiting too long!" said Jenny Walter curtly without caring about my feelings at the moment.

The event went very smoothly until late at night. Some of the invited guests realized that the bride had changed and there were also some who didn't realize it.

During that event I didn't smile at all, just like my future husband who was silent with a clenched jaw.

Usually my sister's future husband would be very friendly towards me, but right now he is looking at me with hatred.

After the wedding was really over, I didn't know where to go home. Should I go back to my mother's house? Or go home to the person who is now my husband.

"Until Dante divorces you, you will live with Dante first," Jenny Walter said to me, then immediately left my family with an emotional expression on her face.

Like it or not, I have to obey the wishes of the woman who has now become my mother-in-law.

I said goodbye to my parents first, then ran towards the car my mother-in-law was traveling in.

"Why are you here?" asked Jenny Walter curtly, "You live with Dante, not me!" she exclaimed again.

Slowly, I closed the car door then looked at which car Dante was in. It turned out that Dante was in the car behind the car that Jenny Walter was in.

"Excuse me, may I come in?"

Dante was silent without answering my question, but I immediately got into the car carefully.

How can my peaceful, safe and serene life change in just a matter of seconds?

When the doctor explained the surgical risks and potential complications, I smiled and nodded my understanding.

Even Allen, who'd always been cold to me, held my hand gently and said, "The surgery's safe. You're so healthy, nothing will go wrong. When you recover, I'll take you to Hawaii."

But they don't know that no matter how the surgery goes, I won't be around to celebrate.

Because I just got my own test results—I have terminal brain cancer. I'm going to die anyway.

"I'm afraid that's impossible."

Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
