One month of lies. One night of forbidden passion. Now, Nina is carrying the Lycan King’s child—the only thing he’ll kill for, and the one thing that will expose her secret to the world.
Chapter 1
The silk of the wedding dress felt like cold scales against my skin. It wasn't my dress. It was never supposed to be my life.
I stared into the vanity mirror, but the girl looking back was a stranger. Heavy white lace obscured my features, a delicate shroud for a living ghost. Behind me, the sound of my father’s pacing was the only thing filling the silence of the Alpha’s private study. Thump. Turn. Thump. Turn. Every step he took felt like a nail being driven into the coffin of my freedom.
"She’s gone, Nina," my father rasped, his voice breaking. He didn't look at me. He hadn't looked at me with anything other than disappointment since my eighteenth birthday, the day my wolf failed to manifest as anything more than a faint, pathetic hum in my blood. "Elena has fled with that… that human boy. She’s left us to face the King’s wrath alone."
"Then tell him the truth, Father," I said, my voice sounding small even to my own ears. "Tell King Fenris that his bride-to-be is a coward. Tell him the Blackwood Pack doesn't have his Luna."
My father stopped. He turned then, his eyes glowing a dangerous, desperate amber. "And have him burn our lands to ash? You know the legends of Fenris the Cruel. He doesn't take insults; he takes heads. If there is no bride at that altar in thirty minutes, he will cull the pack. He will start with me, and he will end with the pups in the nursery."
He stepped closer, gripping my shoulders with fingers that felt like iron talons. "You have the same eyes. The same hair. Under the veil, in the dim light of the Ancestor’s Hall, he won't know. Not until the Mark is set. And by then, it will be too late for him to turn back without looking like a fool."
"He will smell the difference," I whispered, a cold sweat breaking out across my collarbone. "They say the Lycan King can scent a lie from a mile away. I don't smell like Elena. I don't smell like a High Alpha’s daughter. I smell like… nothing."
"Then pray to the Moon that he’s as cold-blooded as they say," he hissed, shoving a bouquet of wilted white roses into my hands. "You are no longer Nina, the weakling twin. Tonight, you are Elena. You will walk, you will kneel, and you will bind your soul to a monster so the rest of us can live."
The heavy oak doors of the study creaked open. A guard stood there, his face pale. "Alpha. The King has arrived. He... he refused the traditional procession. He’s already in the Hall. He’s demanding the bride. Now."
My heart hammered against my ribs like a trapped bird. This was it. The moment my life ended.
As I walked down the stone corridor, the heavy train of the dress hissing against the floor, I could feel the invisible weight of the pack’s survival on my shoulders. We reached the Great Hall, and the air changed. The temperature dropped ten degrees, smelling suddenly of ozone, old pine, and something sharp—like the edge of a blade.
The doors swung wide.
The Hall was filled with hundreds of wolves, all silent, all bowing their heads. But my eyes were locked on the figure standing at the altar.
King Fenris didn't wear a tuxedo. He wore black leather and furs, his massive frame dwarfing the priest standing beside him. His hair was the color of midnight, and even from the back, the sheer aura of his power made my wolf—my silent, useless wolf—shiver in a way I had never felt before.
He didn't turn around as I began my walk down the aisle. He stood perfectly still, a predator waiting for his prey to walk into the trap.
With every step, the scent intensified. It was overwhelming. It wasn't the scent of a man; it was the scent of a storm. My legs felt like lead. Don't trip. Don't faint. Don't scream.
I reached his side. The priest began to drone on about ancient pacts and blood ties, but I couldn't hear a word. All I could hear was the heavy, rhythmic thrum of the King’s heart beside me. It was slow. Steady. Terrifying.
"The blood bond," the priest commanded.
My father stepped forward, his hands shaking as he offered the silver ritual dagger. Fenris took it first. He didn't hesitate. He sliced a shallow line across his palm, the blood dark and thick.
Then, he turned to me.
For the first time, I looked up through the layers of lace. His eyes weren't amber or blue. They were a piercing, molten silver. He reached out, his hand wrapping around mine. His skin was burning hot, sending a jolt of electricity through my body that made me gasp.
He leaned down, his lips brushing against the silk of the veil right where my ear was.
"You're trembling, little bird," he whispered, his voice a low, gravelly rumble that vibrated in my chest.
He took my hand and pulled it toward his face, not to cut it, but to inhale. He drew a deep, slow breath against my wrist, where my pulse was leaping like a frantic drum.
His silver eyes narrowed. A dark, predatory smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.
"Interesting," he murmured, so low only I could hear. "Elena always smelled like lilies and desperation. But you... you smell like a secret."
He didn't stop the ceremony. He pressed the blade into my palm, the sting of the cold steel sharp and real. He pressed our bleeding hands together, lacing his fingers through mine, forcing the blood to mingle.
"I do," he said, his voice ringing through the hall like a death knell.
But as he looked at me through the veil, I realized with a jolt of pure terror: He knew. He knew I wasn't her. And for some reason, he was going to let the lie continue.

We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
Balance of Light and Shadow
Little did she know how much both worlds need her to bring peace and true freedom.
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."
