Yhen Amor · Ongoing · 60.7k Words
Introduction
Princess Shelyca was caught off-handed. “How… how do you know? I am in my human form,” confused she asked.
He stepped one more time and then caught her face in between his big callous hands. “I saw it while I was trying to revive you but don’t you worry, I can keep a secret if you want it to be a secret,” he whispered.
“Who are you really? I can feel you are not an ordinary human,” she asked while looking at him this time. She wanted to determine what is deep within his eyes.
“You are right, I am not an ordinary human but I won’t tell you. It is up for you to find out." He eyed her while grinning.
Chapter 1
The loud sound from the gun surprised the jet’s pilot, making the aircraft sway left and right and destructing the attention of the man with a gun.
The jet’s pilot tried to turn his head to check what was happening at the back but the man in a black suit shouted at him. “Control the plane properly or I will shoot you to death!”
“Princess, save yourself; get the parachute below our seat and jump out of here.” With a very low voice and almost catching her breath, Krista told the Lycan Princess.
“No Krista, I won’t leave you here.” Tears are now rolling down the Princess’ cheeks as she holds in her hands the almost lifeless body of her beloved Personal Assistant.
Even in her condition, Krista tried to grab the parachute bag below their seat where she fell down.
“Get this and go… please Princess … save your...” Krista was not able to continue her words anymore as her body was already lay lifeless on the jet’s floor.
Still, in tears and upon seeing the man in a black suit pointing his gun at her again, Princess Shelyca tried to destruct the man’s attention by throwing at him Krista’s bag that she was able to get from her seat; then she swiftly grabbed the parachute bag from Krista’s hand.
Princess Shelyca immediately jumped down the window, avoiding the next bullet that was supposed to hit her body.
As her parachute opened, Princess Shelyca heard another sound of the gun. The bullet pierced through the parachute and down to the Princess, hitting slightly her left shoulder.
At that moment, fears crept through her mind as she speedily fell down on the seawater.
Just after a few seconds, Princess Shelyca hit the water; a loud sound was heard and the Royal Jet, which is on fire already, can be seen speedily falling down into the ocean.
The loud crashing sound reached the ears of the dragon man, who just woke up from his soft King size bed and got out of his big hovel.
He heard the crashing sound not too far from where he stood. Thereupon, a slight sound of a woman’s cry tried to creep through his ears. He closed his eyes and strengthened all his senses. Indeed, he could hear a woman’s tiny voice; wait, he could also hear her controlled sobs.
He did not think twice as he shifted himself into his dragon form, flew, and followed the wind to find that tiny voice and controlled sobs.
The wind led him to the vastness of the ocean and as he flew more, the sobs he heard became more detectable.
The Lycan Princess at that moment was struggling, trying to shift into her wolf form so that she could easily swim to the nearest island. Nonetheless, it was difficult for her; she could not feel Sheenei, her wolf inside. In her human form, she will find it hard to swim until she finds a safe place to stay for a while.
She could also feel the weakening of her body. Her wound on her shoulder caused by a silver bullet could not heal as easily as healing an ordinary wound. As a Lycan, though said to be a more powerful and smarter werewolf species yet still, silver is like their kryptonite; it can weaken them and can kill them in the end.
Nearby, the man in his dragon form continued to flip his wings, senses strongly awakened. Suddenly, the sobs he heard disappeared and except for the waves’ sound, the atmosphere was ruled by silence thereafter.
He flew more rounding the vastness of the ocean and then he saw something floating into the water. He speedily flew down and there he saw a human form almost wrapped around by a colorful nylon fabric; where if not for such fabric, such a human might have drowned already.
He opened his claws and readied to grab the human out of the sea.
As he grabbed the human, he was stunned to see that she is a woman; a beautiful, the most mesmerizing, almost lifeless creature he had ever seen in his entire dragon life.
With eyes wandering the vastness of the ocean, he soared up, holding carefully in his claws the mesmerizing woman, who he knew would be changing a great impact on his life.
He brought her to his village and tried to revive her.
He checked on the breathing of the woman and he became confused when he noticed that her breathing was slowly fading. Her only injury was a small wound on her shoulder yet she was already dying.
Lights came out of his hands as he put them above the dying body of the woman and as her body illuminated, Dareon’s forehead furrowed. He intensely looked into the whole form of the woman and out of his shining hands, a new form came out of the woman that only he could see. Like being burned by her body’s light, Dareon’s hands flipped, like a strong wind caught them and threw them aside. Her current was too strong that can make even the strongest fire in him subside.
As he looked at the wound in her left shoulder, a vision flashed through his mind, and with that Dareon already knew what to do. With the image that flashed through her body and the silver bullet that flashed through his mind; he could determine now the reason for her dying condition.
Dareon opened his mouth near the woman’s wound. He needed to burn the silver metal that clung to her skin. After Dareon blew her wound with his hot breath; the woman started to breathe normally. Thereupon, Dareon opened his palms and closed them again after gathering some air around him. As he spread his palms above her heart; the woman’s eyes started to slowly open.
Mesmerized; his brown sharp eyes locked into those beautiful greenish eyes, which were looking back at him, wide with shock.

What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.

How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.

A pack of their own
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.
Especially - Rule Number One - No Mates
When Draven meets Domonic, he knows that she is his mate, but Draven has no idea what a mate is, only that she has fallen in love with a shifter. An Alpha that will break her heart to make her leave. Promising herself, she will never forgive him, she disappears.
But she doesn’t know about the child she’s carrying or that the moment she left, Domonic decided rules were made to be broken - and now will he ever find her again? Will she forgive him?
The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
Invisible To Her Bully
Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
