Introduction

My wife had an affair.
Not only that, she casually indulged her lover over the phone, allowing him to crush the bones of my right hand, known as the "Hand of God," right in front of our six-year-old child, with a stomp of his shoe. I could never hold a tool again.
Natalie thought I was just a poor, pathetic loser earning a dead-end salary, so she brazenly let her gigolo trample all over me.
But what she had no idea of was that her proud identity as a transnational female CEO was merely a toy casually tossed to her by the top old-money family I belong to in New York.
When dozens of bulletproof armored vehicles smashed through the gates and my father, the patriarch, descended like the god of death, her arrogant self finally crumbled like a stray dog.
She screamed and jumped into the icy, bone-chilling lake to retrieve the diamond ring I had discarded, wailing and begging to chop off her own hand to compensate me.
But I just held the stunning British Duchess in my arms, watching coldly as she fell into an abyss of eternal damnation.
This love, tainted with shit, whoever wants it can have it!

Chapter 1

My six-month business trip to Europe had finally ended. Wanting to surprise my wife Natalie, I didn't inform her in advance. Instead, I brought our six-year-old son Lucas directly to her newly opened high-end private restaurant.

Lucas excitedly ran towards the children's play area, while I scanned the luxurious lobby, looking for Natalie, my heart full of anticipation for our reunion.

Suddenly, a sharp, angry shout shattered the calm atmosphere.

I turned around to see a young man dressed in an expensive tailored suit, roughly shoving my son and roaring viciously:

"You little brat! Where do you think you're running? Are you blind?!"

I froze instantly. How dare this man treat my child like this in my wife's restaurant?

Seeing this, my eyes reddened with rage, and I charged over.

"Stop that!"

The man turned around. He looked to be in his early twenties, dressed in a dapper and handsome style, with a very likable appearance, though his overbearing attitude was too much. The name tag on his chest read: Julian Hayes, Restaurant General Manager. He clutched his chest with one hand, putting on a weak and furious act.

"Dad!" Lucas cried, rushing into my arms. "I said sorry! But he still pushed me!"

I knelt, tightly shielding my son in my embrace, carefully checking if he was hurt, while fixing a murderous glare on this man named Julian. "What exactly happened?"

"This little brat nearly killed me!" Julian shrieked, his voice loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. "He was running around like a madman and crashed right into me! I have a serious heart condition. If he gave me a real scare, could you lowlife beggars even afford to compensate?!"

"You'd better watch your kid like you would a rabid dog!"

His aggressive demeanor was nothing like that of a sick person.

Lucas tugged at my sleeve, whispering pitifully, "Dad, I really did apologize... but he was looking down at his phone and not watching where he was going..."

I took a deep breath and stood up. This was clearly an accident, and according to Lucas, this man was entirely at fault.

"What did you just call my son?" I said coldly. "He's just a child. If you hadn't been walking while staring dead at your phone, none of this would have happened."

Julian's eyes widened, his face full of sarcasm. "You dare blame me? I've seen plenty of cheap single dads like you! Dragging a burden around, coming to a high-end place like this hoping to find a rich woman to leech off, right? But looking at you, no one would want you anyway."

His shameless words made me laugh in extreme anger. "What nonsense are you spouting?"

"Did everyone hear that?" Julian looked around deliberately, raising his voice, pretending to be in pain as he clutched his chest. "He's actually accusing a patient who could have a heart attack at any moment!"

He took a step forward, and a pungent wave of cologne hit me. I frowned. I knew this scent very well, but I couldn't remember where I'd smelled it at that moment.

He theatrically shook his head in front of the crowd. "Some people just refuse to take responsibility for their children's actions."

The wealthy guests gradually gathering around began whispering:

"Poor Julian, his health is already so weak..."

"That father is so shameless..."

"Kids these days are so ill-bred..."

With Julian's deliberate provocation, public opinion had completely twisted the truth.

I was seething with rage.

Fine. Very well. I took out my phone, ready to call Natalie, to let her see for herself what a "gem" of an employee she had hired.

Just as I pulled out my phone, Julian lunged at me.

"Trying to snitch?" he said, snatching my phone away, his eyes turning wild. "You think that'll work? Dream on!"

"Give me back my phone!" I reached to grab it.

"I am the owner of this restaurant!" Julian let out a burst of arrogant, strange laughter, then violently smashed my phone against the marble floor. "I have every right to throw trash like you out! We don't welcome your kind here."

The screen shattered instantly. I stared in disbelief at the wreckage on the floor. This madman actually claimed to be the "owner" of this restaurant? And dared to make decisions for my wife Natalie?

"Have you lost your mind?"

Julian stomped on the phone fragments with his hard leather shoe, looking at me triumphantly. "Lost my mind? I'll show you what real madness is! In this place, what I say goes!"

Then he suddenly yelled viciously, "Security! Hold these two down! Let them know the consequences of causing trouble on my turf!"

"Tell me to stop, and I will," he murmured against my ear. "But if you don't..."
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.

"Ten years of atonement, and you flee?"

"Scared?" He smirked, palm sliding down my waist, fingers tracing slow, burning circles. "Yet you shiver... not from cold."

I lunged for the candlestick, but he caught my wrist, pinning it overhead. His knee forced my legs apart.

"When your father gave you to me," his lips brushed my ear, voice a dark rumble, "you were already mine."

"Come here."
"What?" It was out of my mouth before I could stop it. I did not wait for him to answer me, I walked toward him.
"Dance on my lap."
My head screamed at me to turn around and run. But my whole body responded to his command.
"Yes, Alpha," I pulled my dress over my body, it dropped over my head and fell to the ground behind me. I was left in nothing but my matching bra and thong. My hands covered my chest on reflex.
"Let me see."
My hands dropped to my sides.
I lowered myself into his lap, facing him. His eyes peered into mine, and I could feel his hot breath fan my face. His dick responded to all my moves, hardening against my now-moist vagina. I swallowed hard, allowing my lips to part in a ragged breath. His hands trailed up to my waist.
"No touching."
