Betrayed While Pregnant: I Recorded for 66 Days
Kelly · Ongoing · 81.6k Words
Introduction
The mistress whispered with a cruel smile.
Nora Hearst lay hidden beneath the bed, listening to the ragged breathing of her husband and her so-called best friend on their marital bed.
They even found her wheelchair too much of an obstacle, casually dragging her fragile body onto the freezing floor.
The man who had pursued her for four years
a man who once claimed he would die for her——was now whispering to that woman:
"Nora can't satisfy me, but you... you're wild enough."
Her hand tightened around the voice recorder hidden in her sleeve.
Memories flooded back: the car accident where she sacrificed her legs to save his life, and the precious surprise growing inside her womb that he had been so eagerly awaiting.
Kennedy Frederick , she vowed silently, in sixty-six days, I will make you kneel and listen to every second of this recording.
I will destroy you at the very moment you think your life is perfect.
Chapter 1
"Mr. Kennedy, you're so strong, you're amazing..."
"How dare you pull me to have sex right next to Nora while she's sleeping - you're getting bolder and bolder!"
In the bedroom, Nora Hearst lay in bed. On the carpet beside the bed, a naked man was lifting a woman's legs, releasing the most primitive human urges.
Under the covers, Nora's nails dug into her palms.
A tear silently slid from the corner of her eye into the pillow in the darkness.
The two people by the bed - one was her husband who everyone in Suncrest City knew loved her deeply, the other was her once best friend and the caregiver she trusted most just a month ago.
But now, they had both betrayed her.
"What's there to be afraid of? I put sleeping pills in Nora's milk before bed anyway. No matter what we do, she won't wake up. Mr. Kennedy, I think Nora's wheelchair looks pretty convenient - why don't we try a different position on the wheelchair..."
"Good idea. Tonight, I'm going to make you beg for mercy..."
Then came another round of intense passion.
They didn't stop even when the wheelchair finally broke.
For an even better experience, Claire White even had Frederick Kennedy move Nora to the floor so they could go wild on the bed.
All night long, they tried countless positions. Only when Claire begged for mercy did Frederick reluctantly end their affair.
Watching the two of them showering together in the bathroom, kissing halfway through, Nora sat up from the floor.
Tears fell like broken pearls. No matter how hard she tried to hold back, she couldn't stop them from falling.
Everyone in Suncrest City knew Frederick loved her so much he'd give up his life for her.
To win her over, he did all kinds of crazy things.
But she had never been moved.
Until graduation year, when Nora planned to follow her parents' advice and go home to another city.
Frederick insisted on making a bet - she would leave first, and if he could catch up to her train within half an hour, she would agree to be his girlfriend and stay with him in Suncrest City.
Though Nora didn't like Frederick, after years of his pursuit, she had been touched by him.
To make him give up completely, she agreed to the bet.
She thought he couldn't catch up, but she never expected him to push his car to the limit the entire way. Even when he crashed into a flower bed, he didn't stop.
When he opened the battered, collision-marked car door, got out covered in blood, and stumbled forward holding a bouquet with half its petals fallen off to stop her, her heart moved for the first time.
She thought that since Frederick would risk his life for her, after they got together he would cherish her, care for her, and love her even more.
So on their wedding day, when he was driving her back to their new home and they encountered a car accident, she didn't hesitate to unbuckle her seatbelt and use her own body to shield him from the impact.
When she woke up, the doctor told her that thanks to her protection, Frederick only had minor injuries and was fine. As for her, her upper body had minor injuries, but one of her legs had been pierced by a steel pipe.
She was almost paralyzed. It would take a long time for her to stand again.
But she never regretted it.
Two months after the accident, she found out she was pregnant.
She had always believed that she and Frederick getting married was especially hard-won, that their love had been tested and was unbreakable. But she never imagined...
Right after Frederick devoted himself to caring for her and their unborn child, ignoring her advice and spending a fortune buying newspaper headlines to hire a caregiver for her, he cheated with the caregiver Claire.
A month ago, Claire said she was going to the factory to pick up the latest custom wheelchair Frederick had ordered for her. Nora thought about how Claire had been pushing her around for months and taking care of her - she must be tired too - so she wanted to try going out on her own.
But she never expected that when she used the access pass Frederick had given her before their marriage and wheeled herself to his office, she would see a scene she'd never forget.
Behind the high-end solid wood desk, Frederick held Claire's waist and lifted her short skirt.
The moment she saw Frederick and Claire having sex with her own eyes, she heard the sound of her own heart breaking.
She didn't know how long she stood outside. She only remembered that when she came to her senses, she could hear Claire's shameful, lustful moans.
"Mr. Kennedy, Nora is so lucky to marry you. You're handsome and rich. Even though her legs are disabled and she can't stand, you don't mind at all. You give her new clothes and jewelry first thing, and even when you're on business trips, if you find something good to eat, you pack some to bring back. Worried she's uncomfortable in the wheelchair, you even spent tens of millions to custom-make one for her."
"I know I'm not as pretty as her, and I don't dare hope you'll give me even a bit of what you give her. But as long as I can give you special experiences that Nora can't, no matter what position, where, or how shameful it is, I'm willing to do it all."
After Claire finished speaking, she turned around and slowly got down in front of Frederick.
"Nora is great in every way, except she can't let loose during sex - not slutty like you."
"You can have whatever you want, but don't let Nora find out about us. Even though Nora can't satisfy me, I love her. For the rest of my life, she'll always be my true love."
Frederick professed his love for Nora while grabbing Claire's hair and thrusting forcefully.
Nora felt disgusted. She pushed her wheelchair away, unable to watch another moment, and left the Kennedy Group in a mess.
After crying what felt like a lifetime's worth of tears on the way, Nora made up her mind and called her older brother Oliver Hearst.
Oliver said he had some tricky matters to handle, but if she wasn't busy, he'd personally come pick her up in three months.
Three months from now would be around her due date.
Frederick had always looked forward to having their child. When he found out she was pregnant, he was so excited he could barely control himself, his hands trembling.
His eyes sparkled brilliantly.
He said when their child was born, he would set off fireworks all night long, letting everyone in Suncrest City know he had a child.
A child born to him and Nora, the person he loved most.
Frederick also said he only loved her and would never let her leave!
The day the child was born would be the happiest moment of his life!
So she agreed.
She decided that on the day Frederick was most expectant and happiest, she would hit him hard with the divorce evidence she'd collected and disappear from his world forever with the child!
And now, there were 66 days left until her agreed time with Oliver!
Thinking about the two months remaining, Nora picked up the voice recorder from the side pocket of her wheelchair and recorded the sounds of the two people in the bathroom.
Just as Nora finished recording, she heard Claire say she felt pain from inside the bathroom.
Nora dug her nails into her palms.
She pretended to have just woken up, looking toward the bathroom, her voice carrying the hazy quality of someone just roused from sleep.
"Honey, why am I on the floor? Are you in the bathroom?"

My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

Even worse was overhearing Darrell laugh to his friends: "She's useful—obedient, doesn't cause trouble, handles housework, and I can fuck her whenever I need relief. She's basically a live-in maid with benefits." He made crude thrusting gestures, sending his friends into laughter.
In despair, Sable left, reclaimed her true identity, and married her childhood neighbor—Lycan King Caelan, nine years her senior and her fated mate. Now Darrell desperately tries to win her back. How will her revenge unfold?
From substitute to queen—her revenge has just begun!
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
