His Dead Wife Came Back a Billionaire
Piper Hayes · Completed · 6.7k Words
Introduction
He once promised Vanessa, the woman he never got over, that he'd give her company shares and his estate. Now she's back after her divorce, pregnant, crying to Blake that I threatened her, told her to give up what he promised, and that I wanted to hurt her and her baby.
Blake believed her.
He's convinced I'm evil and gold-digging. He locked me up here while he stays at the hospital, never leaving Vanessa's side.
I'm going into sudden labor, crying and begging him to let me go to a hospital. I swear I never wanted those things, never hurt her.
Blake just sneers. "You're such a liar. I don't believe a single word from someone as vicious as you. After Vanessa delivers, I'll get you a doctor. Stop trying to fool me."
But when he finally sees my body, he completely falls apart.
Chapter 1
Sienna's POV
Blake's keeping me locked up in a villa outside the city, with a dozen bodyguards watching me around the clock. They won't let me step foot outside my room.

But when he finally sees my body, he completely falls apart.
……
The contractions twist through my stomach like a dull blade.
I'm kneeling on the bedroom floor, gripping the edge of the bed with both hands. This is the seventh one. Each worse than the last.
A month ago, Vanessa came back. She told Blake I threatened her, forced her to give up the property and estate he'd promised. Said I wanted to hurt her and her baby.
Blake didn't ask me a single question. Just locked me here.
I struggle to my feet and rush to the door.
Two bodyguards stand outside in black suits, faces blank.
"Move! The baby's coming, I need to get to a hospital!"
The one on the left doesn't even look at me. "Mr. Harrington's orders. You're not leaving this villa."
"Please!" I grab the door frame, tears streaming down my face. "At least call an ambulance—"
"Stop wasting our time." The guard on the right cuts me off, irritation in his voice.
I try to push past them. Both guards immediately grab my arms from either side. One of them yanks too hard. I stumble backward, my lower back slamming into the sharp corner of the coffee table.
Pain rips through me.
I fall to the floor. My forehead hits the edge of the marble, blood running down past my eyebrow. Everything blurs.
The guards just stand there. Not one of them moves to help.
I crawl toward the couch and grab my phone.
My hands shake as I dial Blake's number. The same automated message plays. The number you have dialed is unavailable.
He blocked me.
I try texting. "Blake, the baby's coming, I'm not lying, I swear I never threatened Vanessa, I don't want anything anymore—"
Message failed to send.
Another contraction hits, fiercer this time. I curl into a ball. A sudden warmth gushes between my legs. I look down. There's a puddle spreading across the floor.
My chest tightens.
"Help me..." I lift my head toward the guards. "Please, just call Blake, one call—"
No response.
They keep standing there like statues, blocking the exit.
A car pulls up outside.
Footsteps. Someone's coming upstairs.
"Well, look at poor Sienna."
Garrett's voice. Blake's younger brother, twenty-eight, the company VP. He's never liked me.
He stands in the doorway, looking down at me kneeling in a pool of blood, a mocking smile on his lips.
"Garrett..." I reach out. "Please... let me out... I need a hospital..."
He walks over and crouches down. He grabs my chin, forcing me to meet his eyes. "You know, Sienna, my brother almost threw away everything with Vanessa because of you. Thought you were some sweet, innocent girl. Turns out?"
"I didn't..." Tears blur everything. "I never threatened her, she made it all up—"
"Enough!" Garrett drops his hand. "You tried to hurt Vanessa and her baby, and now you're pulling this act?"
He takes out his phone and dials casually.
"Hey, I'm at the villa." Garrett glances down at me. "She looks pretty bad, actually. Blood all over the floor. Maybe you should come back?"
I hold my breath.
Blake's voice comes through the speaker. "Blood? What game is she playing now?"
"Blake, sweetie." A soft female voice suddenly interrupts, sugary sweet. "Is Sienna going into labor too? God, you should go check on her. I'll be okay here."
"Poor thing, all alone in that villa... I can manage, the doctors and nurses are with me. Don't let me keep you from her. Don't worry about me."
Vanessa sounds so gentle, so concerned. Like she actually cares.
But all I feel is the bitter irony. She's lying in the most luxurious suite at a private medical center with an entire team of specialists and nurses attending to her every need. The whole floor reserved just for her.
And I'm locked in this isolated villa without even a single nurse.
Blake's voice turns ice cold. "She's playing you! Garrett, don't fall for her act!"
"Vanessa just had some contractions. I can't leave. Watch her. Don't let her pull anything."
"Got it." Garrett hangs up, his expression darkening. "Well, since my brother says so..."
He gives the bodyguards a look.
They start moving toward me.

With his deep blue eyes fixed on mine, he spoke softly: "Sephie... short for Persephone... Queen of the Underworld. At last, I have found you." Confused by his words, I stammered out a question, “P..pardon? What does that mean?”
But he simply smiled at me and brushed my hair away from my face with gentle fingers: "You are safe now.”

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
Accidentally Crossing the Tycoon

Without hesitation, the Baileys sacrificed me to protect their precious biological daughter, forcing me to take her place as a pawn in this cold, calculated arrangement.
Luckily, in those four years, the mysterious husband never asked to meet in person.
Now, in the final year of our arrangement, the husband I've never met is demanding we meet face to face.
But disaster struck the night before my return—drunk and disoriented, I stumbled into the wrong hotel room and ended up sleeping with the legendary financial mogul, Caspar Thornton.
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
