Introduction

After five years of marriage, my husband's cock has claimed me a thousand times over—thrusting deep and relentless, just like it is right now, leaving me breathless and aching in the aftermath.
But the very next morning, he brings her home. His mistress. And their secret son.
The betrayal cuts deeper than any pleasure ever could.
And this time, I'm done being his silent wife.

Chapter 1

Sienna‘s pov

My husband of five years, Harrison Blackwood, brought a woman and a child to our family dinner.

In front of everyone, he announced, “Adrian is my son.”

My breath caught. I stared at him. “Harrison, then what am I to you?”

Elena Whitmore—my half-sister, wearing that innocent look—spoke softly. “Sienna, don’t worry. I won’t ruin your family. Once Adrian settles in, I’ll leave.”

My hands trembled as I stared at Harrison. “Why does it have to be Elena?”

You married me because she went abroad. Now she’s back, and you bring her son here and claim him in public. I, the legal wife, have become a joke.

Harrison didn’t answer. He turned to the butler. “Take Mrs. Blackwood home.”

Catherine Blackwood’s face turned cold. “Harrison, what are you doing? Today is your grandfather’s birthday. Are you trying to upset him?”

Harrison said nothing, only signaling Marcus Barnes to hand Catherine a document.

She skimmed it, and her expression changed instantly. When she looked at me again, the warmth was gone.

“Sienna,” she said evenly, “it’s Arthur’s birthday. Don’t make things awkward for everyone. You and Harrison can discuss your issues at home. Besides, Harrison is the heir to the company, and Adrian is his son. Arthur will be happy to hear that.”

Her tone sharpened. “You’ve been married five years and still haven’t gotten pregnant. Adrian will be your son in the future. Be sensible.”

“Go home,” she finished. “Don’t make things difficult for everyone.”

Harrison never once looked back at me. I let out a hollow laugh.

Five years. I should’ve woken up by now.

I got into the car headed to the Blackwood Estate.

When I opened the door, the house felt unfamiliar. I had decorated it myself, but everything followed Harrison’s preferences.

A sound came from behind me. I turned.

Marcus stood at the door, holding a check. “Mrs. Blackwood. This is compensation from Mr. Blackwood.”

Two million dollars—this month’s medical expenses for my mother, Nora Everly.

I couldn’t refuse it.

“Got it,” I said.

That night, close to midnight, Harrison came home—earlier than he ever did unless he wanted my body.

He tossed his jacket aside. “Adrian will move in tomorrow.”

His tone left no room for argument.

“I don’t agree.”

Harrison looked up, indifferent. “I wasn’t asking for your opinion.”

“Elena’s mother, Classic Whitmore, destroyed my family,” I snapped. “She’s the reason my mother has been bedridden for five years.”

“You want me to make room for Elena and your illegitimate son? What do you take me for?”

Harrison put out his cigarette, face cold and stern.

“Sienna,” he said, “don’t forget—if Elena hadn’t gone abroad, I never would’ve laid a hand on you.”

“It was your fake pregnancy that caused a scandal, and that’s why we got married.” His voice stayed flat. “After just five years, you’ve forgotten?”

He dragged up the past like it was nothing.

I looked straight at him. “Harrison. I want a divorce.”

He sneered. “Sienna, can you really let go?”

“Back then, you plotted for so long. Can you give up everything now?”

Then he said, cruelly, “Don’t make me lose even the little interest I still have in your body.”

He picked up his suit jacket, walked a few steps, then turned his head.

“You love money so much. If you want to keep your lifestyle, you should be more than willing to raise Adrian.”

I grabbed a pillow, staring at his back as he left, tears running down my face.

“Harrison, you bastard,” I choked out. “How can you humiliate me like this?”

My hands shook as I called my best friend, Luna Reed.

“Luna,” I said, “I want a divorce. Can you help me find a lawyer?”

“Sienna, what’s wrong?” she demanded. “Did Harrison mistreat you again?”

I stared up at the chandelier, my vision blurred. “I’m tired. I don’t want to love him anymore. It hurts.”

Then I forced out the truth. “Elena is back, and Harrison wants me to raise her son.”

“He’s gone too far!” Luna cursed. “If it weren’t for that shameless mother and daughter ruining Nora’s reputation, you wouldn’t have been kicked out and buried in debt.”

“I’ll send you a lawyer’s contact information right away,” she said. “You must get a divorce.”

“Thank you.”

I sat there until dawn.

When I met Harrison, I was still the daughter of the Price family, and Nora hadn’t collapsed yet. Harrison was just an ordinary employee.

I fell for him at first sight and chased him relentlessly.

Later, after I was cast out of the Price family, I went to a bar to drink. Harrison was there, drinking alone. I sat next to him.

“Want to join me?” I asked.

He looked at me and suddenly kissed me.

A month later, I found out I was pregnant. That was when I learned he was the Blackwood heir.

He looked at me and said, “Let’s get married.”

After the wedding, we went on a honeymoon. For a few days, it almost felt real.

Then we returned, and Harrison received my medical report.

I wasn’t pregnant.

He cornered me and demanded to know why I lied. That same day, the photos from the bar were exposed, and I became the scheming woman who faked a pregnancy to marry into the Blackwoods—Mrs. Blackwood in name only.

No matter how I explained, he didn’t believe me.

Eventually, we struck a cold bargain: he gave me his bed, and I took his money, but I was not allowed to have his child.

Back then, I thought love could fix it.

Now the dream was ending.

Elena—Harrison’s first love—was back. I’d stayed in a place that didn’t belong to me for too long. It was time to leave.

Someone knocked on the door.

When I opened it, I sobered instantly.

“Sienna,” Elena said, smiling, “long time no see. Harrison asked me to bring Adrian here. Is he not home?”

George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.

Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.

When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.

"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"

George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"

"I'm afraid that's impossible."

Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

One day I'm dealing with cranky toddlers and parents who work too much to actually parent, the next my life is turned upside down and I'm working in a bar for supernaturals. I might not know how to mix drinks, but strangely enough the skills needed to deal with misbehaving children seem to work well enough on vampires, werewolves and even witches. The good news is this job is interesting and hey, my boss might be a demon but I'm pretty sure that under all the grumpy expressions he is a total softie. The bad news is that humans aren't supposed to know about all this magic stuff and so now I'm magically bound to this bar until I can convince them that I won't go telling everyone. Or I die, whichever comes first. Sadly dying is seeming more and more likely because someone is after me. I don't know who or why but they are dangerous and they have magic. So I'll domy best to survive, and if that means spending some extra time with my scary but gorgeous boss then so be it. I'll convince him to trust me if it's the last thing I do.
