Introduction
"No, I'm not."
"Don't make this hard for either of us. You're coming home with me, end of discussion."
"I am not, Asher. I want a divorce."
After her sister ran away, Lily Morgan is set up as a replacement and is married off to Asher Allard to be a token of a successful contract. Blinded by her love for him, she goes through 5 years of an unrequited love marriage, where she is as good as invisible her husband. However, her sister returns 5 years later, hooked to the arms of the man she has loved by the side for years, this breaks her heart and forces to accept the truth she has long denied.
She serves him divorce papers, and only then does Asher realize he wants her to remain by his side forever. He blackmails her with the marriage contract she signed, and demands she stays for one more year as stated in the contract.
Lily's heart runs cold at the selfishness of his actions, and she gives in with the intentions of making him pay, but he is determined to find a way to keep her beside him forever.
Will Asher Allard, a billionaire known to be capable of anything be successful in warming up the icy heart of the woman who once loved him?
Chapter 1
Lily stared at herself in the mirror with a small smile on her face. She had hurried into the bathroom after making his dinner to play her little dress up game. She knew that he would never look at her for longer than 2 seconds, he never has. Throughout the 5 years of their marriage, he treated her like an eyesore, it felt like looking at her for longer than 5 seconds would cause his eyes to bleed, yet she always played dress up for him, it was a fantasy game. Maybe if I dress up well today, he would look at me, he however never did.
Her eyes trailed over her lean frame, and she felt the bitter taste of rejection in her mouth. She wasn't exceptionally beautiful, but anyone could glance at her twice at least so why... She clenched her hands tightly on her red robe, and she forced herself to subdue the bitter thoughts rising in her mind. He made it clear to her five years ago that she was nothing but a token for a successful business deal, nothing more and nothing less. He had told her to shatter whatever expectations of love she has because it'll never happen.
She deluded herself into thinking if she tried hard enough, he would come around... He never did, but she couldn't bring herself to stop trying. He was an asshole, but at the end of the day he wasn't just any asshole, he was an asshole she loved.
The sound of his car pulling into the driveway forced her out of her thoughts and a big smile lit up her face. She immediately cleared her dressing table, and ran downstairs to the door to welcome him. It was a ritual she has religiously followed for the past 5 days.
Lily's heart dropped to her stomach and soon enough it felt like butterflies, millions of them were fluttering in her belly when Asher walked in with a smile on his face. That has never happened, not even when he closed deals worth millions and billions of dollars. Her hopes immediately skyrocketed the second she sighted him, is this it? Is this the day he finally falls for me? She thought.
Her thoughts were immediately dashed the minute she saw the person latched onto his arm, a big smile on her face as well. She immediately lost her footing at the sight of them and had to grab onto the door for support.
Beside him was a face she hadn't seen in years, a face that had a striking resemblance with hers but was nothing like her, the same face that Asher was meant to witness on their wedding day but chose to flee. Charlotte, her younger sister and Asher's ex-fiancé and one true love was latched onto his arm. A big smile on her face.
"Lily!" Charlotte's high-pitched voice rang in the room, causing Lily to wince. "It's been so long!" A small silence accompanied by a scrutinizing gaze collapsed and Lily prepared herself for whatever vicious thing she was giving to say next, she knew that look all too well. "Did you get fatter? You look it."
A deep chuckle followed her statement and hurt sliced through Lily's heart when she realized it had come from Asher.
"Come, let's have dinner. I'm sure she prepared something for us." He said, looking at her with so much awe, and Lily sucked in a breath. Five seconds, that was all she asked for. For him to look at her for 5 seconds, but he never did, yet here he was, staring at her sister with so much awe... The same girl that outrightly rejected his proposal even when they'd been dating for a while.
"Do you think that's the reason she's getting fat?" Lily heard Charlotte ask as they both walked to the dinning. Her hands immediately enclosed tightly against the hems of her gown; her bottom lip quivered ever so lightly as she tried to hold in the tears that had welled up in her eyes.
Five years ago, when her father announced to her that she was to be married to Asher, she had felt a mixture of emotions; surprise, shock, fear, embarrassment, but most of all, excitement. She had liked Asher for a while. A long while even, but the second her sister discovered, she went off and started dating him.
Lily had regretted ever mentioning her crush to Charlotte when she announced the next week that they were a thing. She couldn't even tell how she had managed to get the Asher Allard to date her. She eventually forced herself to give up on her crush on him, but that day all the excitement and feelings came rushing back. Even when she learnt that she was being given to him because Charlotte refused to marry him, even when he told her he wanted nothing to do with her on their wedding night... her excitement never fiddled.
She kept her excitement and love alive throughout their marriage, their 5 years of their loveless marriage, but today... watching him smile and be all giddy for the same woman that left him, she felt her excitement fizzle.
"Are you going to feed us at all, big sister?" Charlotte's annoying voice interrupted her thoughts.
Taking a deep breath, she plastered a smile on her face and walked over to them. She quickly dished out for all of them, once they were all served, she made herself comfortable before them.
She ignored the pangs in her chest from seeing them sit so closely together, she has never sat so close to him in the dining room. Gripping her fork tightly, she looked at Charlotte with a smile, "when did you get back? I thought you were going to stay in Paris for a while longer."
Charlotte smiled and encircled her hand around Asher's arm, "I missed him so much, and our family of course, so I decided to come home." Lily's eyes narrowed suspiciously; Charlotte doesn't miss people. If she came back, there was a reason, a very selfish one at that. "What are you putting on by the way? It looks hideous."
Lily's mouth dropped open in shock and she glanced at her nightgown and her robe, they were not hideous... They were cute. She looked to Asher for help, but he was too busy bobbing his head to every word she said.
"And you put on a lot of weight, I think you should go on a diet, you know, cut back on the food. You also have a lot of wrinkles now, I mean you can never be as young and fresh looking as me but you can try, I can give you a few tips..." Lily's ears burned as she listened to her blab on and on about her imperfections. It was nothing new, she was used to it, but this time it burned. It angered, infuriated and hurt her, and maybe it has something to do with the ravishingly handsome man beside her.
"Are you going to let her keep talking to your wife like that?" Lily blurted out before she could think, and she almost slapped her mouth. She had never spoken to him, not like that at least, and the look of surprise on his face proved that, but she was fed up. Even if he hated her, he possibly couldn't sit there and let another person... Another woman, insult his wife. Right?
Her expectations were however shattered when he shrugged his shoulders and avoided her gaze, as always. "She's just trying to help; you should be grateful." Her world came to a halt in that moment, his words bouncing off the walls of her now hollow heart.
In that moment, a thought that had not for once crossed her mind for the last 5 years reared its ugly head, and immediately her mind was set. Their marriage is over.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
The mafia princess return
Accidentally Crossing the Tycoon
Four years ago, the Bailey family faced a devastating financial crisis.
Just when bankruptcy seemed inevitable, a mysterious benefactor emerged, offering salvation with one condition: a contract marriage.
Rumors swirled about this enigmatic man—whispers claimed he was hideously ugly and too ashamed to show his face, possibly harboring dark, twisted obsessions.
Without hesitation, the Baileys sacrificed me to protect their precious biological daughter, forcing me to take her place as a pawn in this cold, calculated arrangement.
Luckily, in those four years, the mysterious husband never asked to meet in person.
Now, in the final year of our arrangement, the husband I've never met is demanding we meet face to face.
But disaster struck the night before my return—drunk and disoriented, I stumbled into the wrong hotel room and ended up sleeping with the legendary financial mogul, Caspar Thornton.
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."
Danielle Harris is the daughter of an overprotective police chief and has led a sheltered life. As a kindergarten teacher, she's as far removed from the world of Harleys and bikers as you could get, but when she's rescued by the sexy and dangerous Austin Carver, her life is changed forever.
