Introduction
Chapter 1
"Bang!" Claire Wentworth was grabbed by her hair and pressed firmly against the wall. Blood oozing from her nose and mouth smeared onto the prison wall, leaving a shocking bright red mark.
She stared intently at the figure in front of her and said resolutely, "I will never sign this!"
"Brother Lucas, look at her!" Victoire Wentworth's affected voice rang out. Then, Lucas Moreau coldly commanded, "Keep hitting her!"
Several women in prison uniforms immediately swarmed up and dragged Claire to the ground. The sounds of kicking, beating, and her screams intertwined and echoed. "Crack!" With the sound of a bone breaking, Claire twitched in pain and lost consciousness.
Then, a basin of ice water was poured over her head, and she woke up. Victoire shouted impatiently, "Sign or not?"
"Not signing!" Claire trembled her lips and squeezed these two words out between her teeth.
This stepsister, Victoire, not only took away everything she had but also framed her for murder and sent her to prison. Subsequently, she bribed the prisoners here to humiliate and torture her. Now, she even wanted to force her to donate her heart.
It was a pipe dream! She would rather die than donate her heart to Victoire, that venomous woman. Victoire deserved to be tormented by heart disease for the rest of her life.
"Claire Wentworth, don't you know that even if you die, as long as your heart is taken out within the specified time, the transplant can still be carried out?" Lucas Moreau said coldly and heartlessly.
"Sister, why bother? Sign it, and we can at least ensure that you don't die in too much pain."
"I won't sign!" Claire's stubbornness completely enraged Lucas Moreau. He directly took out a dagger and viciously pressed it against Claire's face. "If you don't sign, I'll scrape your skin off inch by inch!"
Next to him, Victoire clapped her hands happily. "Brother Lucas is so awesome! Dying by being scraped inch by inch sounds so interesting!"
Claire gritted her teeth and stared back at Lucas. This was the man she had tried so hard to marry! She had loved him for so long and given him everything she had, yet he had long been having an affair with her stepsister, Victoire. Now, he even wanted to dig out her heart for Victoire.
Tears mixed with blood uncontrollably seeped from the corners of her eyes.
"Brother Lucas, dig out her eyes first. I hate the way she looks at you!" Claire shuddered. Would he really dig out her eyes?
However, the next moment, his actions shattered the last glimmer of hope in her heart. Just as the dagger was about to touch her eyeball, she suddenly gave in and compromised. "I'll sign."
Lucas Moreau stared at her for a long time. After confirming that her fighting spirit had dissipated, he let go of her arm.
Just then, Claire suddenly lunged forward, snatched the dagger from his hand, and without hesitation, stabbed it into her own heart.
She raised her head, her teeth stained with blood, her eyes wide open, glaring at the two opposite like a vengeful spirit. "Even if I die, I'll never give it to you!"
...
"Claire, the Montfort family is the most prominent and powerful family in the imperial capital. There are so many women in the world who dream of marrying Alexandre Montfort but don't have the fortune."
"Although Alexandre is paralyzed in bed now, he is the real master of the Montfort family. Once you marry him, you'll become the mistress of the Montfort family and have everything you want..."
A voice buzzed in her ear like a fly.
It hurt so much. Claire reached out and pressed her heart. At the moment when the dagger pierced through her heart, she seemed to see the heart struggling and unwilling. In fact, it was herself who was unwilling.
"Claire, to be honest, if it weren't for your sister's sudden illness, you wouldn't have this chance."
"Isn't it that Victoire doesn't want to marry a paralyzed man and deliberately hid in the hospital?" Claire blurted out.
Then, she was suddenly stunned. This conversation... was so familiar.
This was exactly the scene when her stepmother, Simone Lefort, coaxed her to marry Alexandre Montfort.
Claire, who had her eyes closed, suddenly opened them.
There was a narrow and cramped room, a small bed, an old desk, a bulky computer on the desk, and books neatly stacked on the floor.
This was her room, from years ago. Since Simone Lefort entered the Wentworth family, Claire had been sent to this small room that was originally used as a storage room. All the things here were old, discarded, and unwanted by Victoire.
Obviously, she was the real eldest daughter of the Wentworth family, but she lived a life worse than that of a servant.
In her memory, Simone Lefort had only entered this room once, which was this time. She came to persuade her to marry Alexandre Montfort in place of Victoire.
So, had she been reborn? Had God heard her unwillingness and given her a chance to start over?
Her heart suddenly became excited, beating cheerfully, thump after thump.
Seeing Claire open her eyes, Simone Lefort quickly put on a fake smile. "Claire, how could you think of your sister like this? You know she has a weak heart. If it weren't for her sudden illness and hospitalization, do you think you would have this chanc..."
Claire looked at Simone Lefort's face, which was still well - maintained and shiny even though she was in her tens. Words automatically spilled out of her mouth.
"Victoire is in the hospital, but instead of staying with her, you called my fiancé over.
You're creating opportunities for your biological daughter and Lucas Moreau on one hand, and coaxing me to marry a paralyzed man on the other.
After I marry, I'll find that Alexandre Montfort is terminally ill and there's no hope of saving him. In a few days, I'll become a widow.
Then the Montfort family will kick me out, and the Moreau family won't be willing to marry a widow. My life will be completely ruined."
That's what she had said in her previous life. Then, Simone Lefort started cursing at her and threatened to kick her out of the house if she didn't marry.
"Claire Wentworth, once you're kicked out of the Wentworth family, do you think the Moreau family will still be willing to let Lucas Moreau marry you? Don't you know that the marriage between Lucas Moreau and you is the result of an alliance between the two families?
I'm telling you, there's only one way in front of you now, and that's to marry Alexandre Montfort in place of your sister!"
Then, Claire remembered that in her previous life, she took out her mother's will. Her mother clearly stated in the will that everything in the Wentworth family belonged to Claire and had nothing to do with anyone else. That is, as long as Claire didn't agree, even her father, Antoine Wentworth, couldn't get a single cent.
Simone Lefort's face suddenly changed. As if thinking of something, she stared at Claire intently.
"Claire, if you promise to give up the inheritance, I can try to persuade them not to make you marry that Alexandre Montfort. What do you think? Are you willing?"

“There are no limits between us,” he chuckled, the mirth sparkling in his gorgeous eyes. “And all of this stems from the night you gave me both pain and pleasure. I’m simply returning the favor.”
He took two steps forward, and I stepped back. “But…” The memory of what I had done filled me with fear, and I knew I had to get out of there. “I…”
“No, Firecat.” He placed an index finger on my lips. “This will take your mind off that son of a bitch.” His strong hands pulled me by the waist until I felt his hard manhood.

HER ALPHA, HER SAVIOUR
Kane Hellboud, charm and wealth personified, wanted only me in exchange for her treatment. No cameras, isolation, or noose-like rules were part of the deal. Behind his smile? Cold, violent possessiveness that destroyed our fake marriage.
Most of all, I didn’t know the supernatural walked among us, hiding in the cracks of ordinary life. Not until Abel Stone stepped into mine—dark-eyed, sharp-tongued, and oozing dangerous promises. He’s my new boss. He shouldn’t make my skin tingle or my pulse race. I shouldn’t feel this primal pull, this illogical recognition that tugs at something deep in my bones.
Around him, lights burst, electronics fry, and something ancient in me awakens.
Kane feels it. His grip tightens, punishments turn brutal, and he hides the truth of what I am.
Trapped between two powerful men, I’m no prey, no pawn—no helpless victim.
Prisons burn. Monsters bleed. As for me? I'm the storm in skin—deadly beyond suspicion.
To protect what’s mine
From Sacrificed Slave to the Dragon King's Obsession
His fangs glinted as he gripped my chin, forcing me to meet his gaze. Dragon scales shimmered along his neck, breath scorching my skin.
"Your Majesty... I beg—" He shoved me onto the bed. Silk tore with a sharp rip, cold air rushing over my exposed body.
"Scared?" He smirked, palm sliding down my waist, fingers tracing slow, burning circles. "Yet you shiver... not from cold."
I lunged for the candlestick, but he caught my wrist, pinning it overhead. His knee forced my legs apart.
"When your father gave you to me," his lips brushed my ear, voice a dark rumble, "you were already mine."
On the eve of freedom after ten years of servitude, Lina Valeria stood one night away from reuniting with her betrothed. But Dragon King Augustus condemned her to the Abyss Mines on false charges—a trap forged from obsessive desire.
Augustus Ashenwing, Supreme Sovereign of Skyhold Citadel, is ruthless and feared by all races. His obsession stems from ancient grudges and dragonkind's most dangerous instinct: possessive desire. He demands her submission, binding her to his throne as his consort.
From prisoner to queen, Lina battles him through court intrigue and twisted passion—fighting for her mother, her freedom, her dignity.
Yet this cold-blooded tyrant reserves all tenderness for her alone. He indulges her temper, bends his pride, compromises without limit—anything to see her smile. Gradually, her heart wavers. But loving him means betraying Kain, who waited eleven years. Torn between duty and desire, she drowns in agonizing guilt.
Love and hatred intertwined—a forbidden dragon romance in a realm of oppression.
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
