A couple of days ago, I was typing away on my laptop when a knock arrived at the door.
"Come in," I responded without even raising my head from what I was doing.
The person at the other end heard me and walked in, then tentatively shut the door behind them.
"Typing still?" the very familiar voice inquired with a smile, which made me raise my head from the laptop.
"Yup, just trying to get this report out. But I'm glad you're here." She walked over to my work area and sat on the visitor's chair, never taking her eyes away from the yummy personality that was across from her.
