Introduction
I became his—bound by his money, his anger, and the tragedy that tied our families together. Every night, his touch was a cruel mix of desire and revenge. "You'll pay for what your father did," he'd whisper, his breath hot against my skin. His relentless intensity left me torn between a growing attraction and the ache of humiliation.
But when I finally found the strength to leave, he came after me. Not with threats, but with desperation in his eyes and secrets trembling on his lips. "I was wrong about you," he said, his voice raw and broken. "About everything. I can't breathe without you. Please... don't go."
Now, as the truth about that fateful night begins to surface, I’m left wondering: is this our chance to heal, or just another way for him to keep me under his control?
Chapter 1
In the bustling coffee shop, she clutched her swollen cheek, the sting of the slap still fresh, yet she had no desire to retaliate. The onlookers around her cast scornful and disdainful glances, none stepping forward to help. Because she was Alvin Carter's daughter, and they believed she deserved it.
"Victoria, your father killed so many people. How dare you stand there and judge me? If I were you, , I wouldn't have the nerve to show my face in public again!" Ella Garcia's voice dripped with venom as she sneered at Victoria. Her perfectly contoured makeup and a fiery red dress that clung to her curves like a second skin only added to her intimidating presence.
Victoria's frame trembled ever so slightly, her head bowed low, her voice barely a whisper. "I'm sorry, Miss Garcia, I misspoke. I apologize."
"Apologize? That's how you apologize to me? I sent you to the Honeycomb Cottage to buy a cake, and you made me wait forever, and this cake tastes awful! Do you think I'll accept this? What a joke!" Ella said angrily. "I am the heiress of the Garcia family, William Scott's fiancée! Even if I throw away a hundred, a thousand cakes, it's not your place to judge!"
Victoria lowered her eyes, a bitter smile tugging at her lips. She dared not retort. Even when she was the heiress of the Carter family, she had no right to get angry with Ella. And now, with Alvin arrested and her mother Nora Adams hospitalized due to stress, it was even less possible.
Not to mention a slap, if needed, she had to endure dozens!
Seeing Victoria remain silent, Ella grew even angrier. She grabbed a coffee cup from the table and smashed it against Victoria's head. "You're the daughter of a murderer! Why don't you just die?"
The cup shattered on the floor, hot coffee splashing onto Victoria's delicate cheek, bringing searing pain. She bit her lip tightly, not daring to make a sound, but felt a wave of dizziness.
Once, Victoria graced high-society events in designer gowns. Now, she stands in a cheap dress stained with coffee, the hot liquid Ella splashed on her burning her skin and raising blisters. Yet she endures the pain, the hospital bills looming larger than any physical hurt.
Ella, seeing her pitiful state, grew more furious. She picked up her bag from the table, ready to strike Victoria again.
"Stop!" A man's voice commanded.
Ella turned to see the man who had burst through the door, a flash of surprise and joy in her eyes. She rushed to his side, clinging to his arm, and complained coquettishly, "William! You're finally here. This woman nearly drove me mad."
The man walked in, carrying a bouquet of roses, which he handed to Ella. He gently played with her long curls, speaking softly, "Sweetheart, there's no need to get upset with her. She's just an insignificant secretary. I'll make her apologize to you."
Victoria, covered in coffee stains and blushing with embarrassment, stood awkwardly to the side. Hearing his tender words, she felt a chill run through her and glanced at him.
Sunlight poured through the large windows, highlighting his broad shoulders, narrow waist, and tall, sculpted physique—like a masterpiece of the gods.
Victoria's eyes stung, her heart wrenching painfully.
This man was William Scott, her current sugar daddy and the heir to the Scott family. Just this morning, they had been intimately entwined in the Scott Group's office. Now, he was demanding she apologize to his fiancée, Ella.
"Apologize to Ella!" William's voice turned icy.
Victoria bit her lip, her eyes reddening, her body trembling, but she stubbornly refused to apologize in front of him.
William's jaw tightened as he stared at her. He remembered how she had been beneath him that morning, so tender and enchanting, and he couldn't help but swallow hard.
"Didn't you hear? William told you to apologize to me, or I'll have him fire you. Then how will you pay for your mother's medical bills?" Ella commanded arrogantly, raising an eyebrow at Victoria.
Victoria took a deep breath, clenching her teeth, tears finally streaming down her cheeks. "I'm sorry," she choked out, bowing humbly.
Ella was right. If Victoria angered William, she would lose her livelihood. How would she then pay for Nora's medical bills, her brother Bobby Carter's tuition, and Alvin's enormous debts?
"Victoria, you're a disgrace!" Ella sneered, looking at Victoria as if she were a worm.
Hearing this, Victoria kept her head down, tears falling steadily to the floor.
William watched Victoria, her white dress soaked with coffee, clinging to her body, revealing her perfect curves. He felt his blood boil. Cursing silently, he clenched his fists tightly, taking a deep breath to suppress his urges.
"Ella, you should go now. I have some work to handle," William said coldly, regaining his composure.
"Alright." Ella glanced at him, a hint of reluctance in her eyes, then nodded sweetly and left the coffee shop.
William walked towards Victoria, towering over her. His eyes narrowed, his gaze deepening with desire.
Victoria felt the intense, predatory gaze and looked up at him, asking, "Mr. Scott?"
William's eyes narrowed as he grabbed Victoria, pulling her into the coffee shop's restroom. He kicked open a stall door and pressed her against it. His tall, imposing body pinned her down, his breath hot on her face.
"You look so enticing, I can't resist." With that, his thin lips covered hers, biting down hard with a punishing force.
Victoria's eyes widened, staring at his handsome face so close to hers, her mind blank. William's kiss grew more urgent, as if he wanted to devour her completely.
He kissed her as if he were a wild animal savoring a rare treat. Victoria's hands were pinned against the cold wall, unable to break free, the pain unbearable. "Let go... you're hurting me!"
Her weak protest only fueled William's fervor. He pressed his body tighter against hers, his rock-hard abs and the unmistakable bulge in his pants pressing against her abdomen.
William's hand cupped her bottom, the other roughly kneading her breasts, popping open her blouse buttons.
Just as he was about to strip off her blouse, the sound of the door opening outside interrupted them.

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

A Lesson in Magic
Claimed by the Alpha's Love
Four years ago, Fiona's meticulously planned conspiracy turned me from an ordinary omega into a prisoner carrying the weight of a murder charge.
Four years later, I return to a world that has changed beyond recognition.
My best friend Fiona, who is also my stepsister, has become the perfect daughter in my mother's eyes. And my ex-boyfriend, Ethan, is about to hold a high-profile mating ceremony with her.
The love, family bonds, and reputation that I once cherished have all been taken by Fiona.
Just when I had reached my breaking point, questioning the very purpose of my existence, the legendary Alpha Lucas of Moonhaven suddenly appeared in my life.
He is powerful and enigmatic, a figure that all werewolves hold in awe.
Yet, he shows an extraordinary persistence and tenderness towards me.
Is Lucas's appearance a gift from fate, or the start of another conspiracy?
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
