Introduction
My chest tightens as I step forward, my heart pounding wildly. Darkness creeps in “Mu…mma…!!”
The voice freezes me. My breath stops. I turn instantly.
Little Ria stands there, staring at me with wide, innocent eyes filled with confusion. Why is Mumma crying? Why is she here? I cannot bear her gaze. My trembling foot pulls back as if death itself has released me.
Behind her stands Neil. His arms are crossed, his face rigid, his eyes burning red with anger, The sight of him makes me shudder.
“Go on,” he shouts bitterly. “Do it. Jump. Die.”
His words rip through my chest. Suddenly, he strides forward and grips my arm tightly. Pain shoots through me.
“What happened now?” he growls. “Jump!”
“Neil… it hurts,” I whisper.
“Do you even know how much pain I’m in?” he yells, his eyes storming with unshed tears.
Then I feel tiny arms around my legs.
Ria clings to me, her small hands refusing to let go. In her broken voice, she pleads, “Do…n’t… go… Mu…mma…”
I collapse, pulling her into my chest, sobbing uncontrollably. Neil lets go of my arm, his voice now exhausted.
“You never thought about me… or this child.”
“No!” I scream. “I love her… I’m not selfish!”
Neil speaks again, each word breaking me. “That one night mattered more than my love.”
He takes a shaky breath. “You’re still my love… that’s why I’m leaving. Forever.”
My heart stops.
“I hope,” he says softly with teary eyes, “you'll find a better life partner.”
Chapter 1
( KIARA'S POV )
The top floor of the city’s tallest and most luxurious hotel building, where the noise of the world seems to have come to a halt. Outside, the silence of the black night prevails, but inside this room, a completely different storm is raging. I am lying here on a vast, velvet bed in an unconscious state. Expensive décor and dim lights surround me, yet everything before my eyes is blurred. The effect of alcohol and intoxication is coursing through my blood so intensely that my body feels as heavy as stone, but my consciousness is still awake somewhere deep inside. I know what is happening to me, and that very awareness traps me between a strange fear and a disturbing thrill.
Tears are slipping from the corners of my eyes, or perhaps it is the intoxication amplifying my emotions. Everything is hazy; colors and lights are melting into one another. There are no clothes on my body, and I feel an odd sensation of cold and warmth at the same time. A faint fragrance fills the room perhaps an expensive perfume, or simply the presence of that man.
Someone is over me; I can hear his heavy breathing. His touch is strange sometimes forceful, sometimes gentle. I am completely at his mercy; my body is responding on its own, without my consent. Dazed sounds escape my throat, sounds that are not under my control. Pain and pleasure are so tightly intertwined that I cannot tell them apart. There are tears in my eyes perhaps for this helplessness, or for this strange situation and yet there is also a peculiar happiness, maybe because of the novelty of this sensation.
His touch feels good to me, in a strange way. As if someone is claiming me, bringing me under his control. My body is marked by the traces of his fingers and lips, as if someone has stamped their seal upon me. These marks bring pain, and yet a strange sense of satisfaction as well.
He is very close to me so close that I can barely breathe. His face is blurred; I cannot recognize him. Everything is wrapped in the fog of intoxication. I keep losing consciousness, and then with a jolt, I come back to my senses only for a few moments. This cycle of consciousness and unconsciousness continues, like an endless loop. Each time I regain awareness, it is the same feeling, the same haze, the same helplessness.
Everything in the room seems to be spinning, or perhaps it is my head that is spinning. This is the hotel room on the top floor, from where the city lights should be twinkling, but all I can see are blurred shadows. Why am I here? How did I get here? I remember nothing. There is only this moment, this sensation, and this man.
There is no sense of time. I do not know whether hours have passed or minutes. Every moment feels like a century, and every century like a single moment. My body is exhausted, but my mind is still trapped somewhere.
He leans in incredibly close, his warm lips brushing against my earlobe. A soft cry of pain escapes me. In his deep, gravelly voice the kind that sends a violent shiver straight to my chest he whispers, "You are so hot... your scent is driving me insane. Even if I wanted to, I can't stay away from you." His words melt into my ears like honey, yet there is a dangerous edge to them.
My eyes are squeezed shut, but behind my lids, a storm is raging. My tears refuse to stop. A hot tear spills over, falling onto him and disappearing into his messy hair.
He must have felt it, because in the next second, his rough, calloused palm cups my face. He wipes my tears away with a touch that feels surprisingly tender despite his strength.
I try to open my eyes, to see him, but everything is a blur. My vision is clouded by a mix of intoxication and salt. His face is nothing more than a shadowy silhouette, dark and mysterious. He is just as lost as I am, perhaps even deeper into the haze of the night than I.
He claims my lips once more, taking them into his firm grip. He kisses me with such intensity, as if he wants to consume me, to pull me inside his very soul. He tastes my lips as if they are melting ice cream, sucking on them, completely oblivious to the world outside this room.
It hurts a sweet, sharp ache that is becoming unbearable. I shut my eyes tight against the sensation.
Slowly, he moves down, burying his teeth into the sensitive skin of my neck. As he bites me, my muffled whimpers echo through the silence of the room once again. This blend of pain and raw passion is driving me to the brink of insanity.
Then, the moment arrives.
The second he enters me, a bolt of lightning jolts through my entire body. I tremble violently. A piercing scream rips from my throat, bouncing off the cold walls of the room.
The sheer intensity, the overwhelming depth of it, is too much; my mind begins to go numb. Darkness starts to cloud my vision, and slowly, I slip into unconsciousness. But even as the world fades to black, the rhythm doesn't stop the cycle continues.
The sound of his ragged, heavy breathing echoes against the walls, With every passing second, the sound grows louder, Even though I have slipped into the void of unconsciousness, my body remains tethered to his presence. I can still feel him a crushing, constant weight that refuses to let go. Not for a single heartbeat does he pull away. There is no distance between us, not even a sliver of air. He remains anchored to me, his heat and his intensity unyielding, a relentless force in the shadows, making sure that even in my blackout, I am entirely his.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride
Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...
